He is just making random sounds that sound like the language, with maybe one or two words that are actually real. Like in the Arabic part 'Shukran' means 'thank you', but he just puts that in the middle of random sounds.

Yes, I’m still learning Arabic but I found it much easier to practice from Spanish to Arabic than English to Arabic. Only downside is now I’m reading English as Spanish and Spanish as Arabic when I shouldn’t
