I would love to see a dr roleplay where something is actually wrong and the doctor validates everything the patient is saying and then figures out what is wrong. Maybe a small treatment in the end that “cures” them. As someone with chronic illness that constantly gets poked and prodded and still doesnt have any answers, I would like to fall asleep to my dream: a true diagnosis lol

You get a title you can officially use, but you actually own nothing.
You cannot visit your land, you visit the area the company still owns.
The FAQ on their website answers all those questions and there's also a Response to Criticism page.

Checking their website and TH-cam channel there seems to be a higher legitimacy to this one. Unfortunately for them people will always remember the Established Titles debacle.
I know, I get so disappointed when TH-camrs get duped into advertising. I don’t really blame them too much, you do have to properly look into the owners of the company and the other scams to realise what it’s all about. Otherwise it just looks like one of those expensive novelty gifts.
@@soundscape26it’s the same people as last time. It’s just a rebranding, which is what the people running the company are very good at. Run a scam, get found out, change the name of the product, and run the scam again, rinse and repeat.
@@angelofmalice0 Doesn't seem so... they have a robust Terms and Conditions page and you can even book a guided tour to the region. The Lord/Lady thing may be a gimmick but they offer exactly what it says on the tin.
Also, their TH-cam channel started posting videos way back in 2011 way before Established Titles was a thing. Given its content it's clear they are involved in nature preservation in the region.
