Great Brazilian acquisitions. The Novos Baianos' Acabou Chorare is considered to be one of the best Brazilian records of all time. I love it and was lucky enough to see them live. One of the best concerts I have ever seen. The Karma album is very hard to find but a great one, no doubt about it. You probably know all the records you did show have been reissued in the recent years in 180gr. Cheers, Nelio,

I presume that they call him "Crazy Jimmy" in reference to the crazy amounts of money he must spend. Really awesome stuff. I really enjoyed my first taste of Novos Baianos but I expect I'm destined to only experience them through streaming. Such OGs are not for minor collectors like me.

so cool!! I'm brazilian and you should definitely check out the self title album by Gal Costa, my favorite artist and album from tropicalia. And the new stuff to like: Liniker, Céu, Tim Bernardes and Jaloo
