I like your Fischl design but I think she's a lot more Jirai Kei than Dark Academia. Dark Academia, from what I understand, is more like a "late-1800s university professor" sort of look -- lots of warm sepia tones, long wool coats and skirts, vintage-style dress shirts/blouses, etc etc.
I think you could make your Fischl look a lot more Dark Academia by making her blouse a warm off-white, making her skirt brown and around knee-length, and getting rid of the eyepatch (since that style of eyepatch is very Japanese and Dark Academia is mostly a Western aesthetic)
