Hey Bro, what you think , I live in Mexico and I'm having troubles on making appointments, the clientel refuses to and when they do they usually show up late, my partner works in my opinion with no organization at all and seems to work for him, should I change because I really want to work on schedule I believe it's better for me or I just have to wait until my clientel get used to it?

Hey marty do you think a fade blade on a babyliss clipper paired with some seniors with a taper blade is a good combo to use? Also do you zero gap all your clippers?
Selling hair products really works if we do the math how long does it take to do a cut? How long does it take to sell a styling product? Seconds $18 to $22 on top of our price for a cut that’s an increase all clients need hair products why not your client
Wish I started cutting hair early in my life, I'm 50 now and really into cutting hair my own I'm my own Ginni pig lol... been watching different youtube videos learning from different barbers! It's funny cz I look at everyone's fades now that I come in contact with and try to compare if my fades look similar! thanks for your videos but your cuts are blurry 🔥 trying to get to that level...😁

I’m a 19y old barber(sulphur Springs TX) and I recently went up on my prices from 25$ to 30$ and I still have way to many clients. I’m missing out a lot with my fam and I don’t know what to do to gain some time for myself, what do I have to do
Set a schedule with yourself like Tuesdays-Fridays, 10am-6pm (or even longer hours) & statistically look at which days you’re less busy on. From those stats, give yourself less hours on that day, so you can go home early to have fun w/ the fam/friends.
