The Hu song 'Wolf Totem' teaches us to destroy anyone who comes to harm our people. The Hu 'Song of Women' teaches us to respect all women.... What's not to love about these guys??
What makes that song Wolf Totem even more amazing is when you realize those words in that song are nearly 1000 yrs old. That song is actually the words of a war chant of Ghenkis Khans Golden Horde these guys took and put to music.
I 'up-thumbed,' you. Because you liked a song that was 'REAL!' Real music, with real singing. No electronic beats, no autotuning, no choreography, no RAP! Real vocals with real words that have more meaning than the base emotions of self centered people, who make their noise for profit alone. Real sounds from real instruments! And I hope this will cause a trend in, not just what passes for 'black music,' but in the entire music industry. America has hit the bottom in what passes for music today. It can only go up from here. The Hu is one example of what it could be...

4:21 yes, short answer: it’s called Mongolian Throat Singing and is considered one of the oldest forms of music on Earth.
The second album will tell us how good the Hu actually are. At the moment they're treated like a novelty. Time will tell.
I saw them in Salt Lake about a week and a half ago, where they sang some of the material from their second album, and it was awesome!
