    I just moved back home to Liberia after living in America for over 30 years. I'm building my house on the beach. Not as big and elegant as this house 😂😂❤❤.
    We all have to rebuild Liberia and Africa and make Africa Great ❤❤😊😊

    This is a true example of what Liberia needs. I will suggest that she take landscaping into consideration. This l believe will ultimately illuminate the true beauty of this house. This house is exceptionally beautiful.

      Yes Liberians seems to know nothing about landscaping so much of the lands is empty with grasses grown outta of control. Even empty land can be developed. Developed the landscape

    Nice looking house. I would seriously invest in some good landscaping but I’m sure it will get there.

    Truly a beautiful house, but the yard/landscaping doesn't do the house justice. The owner needs to invest in landscaping, like having paver stones covering the yard. I saw some erosion impact in the yard already. If you ever go back there or are in contact with the person that invited you to see the house, could you please ask for the builders contact info and share it if permitted. We need to progressively start identifying these good builders and hiring them for our houses - in doing so will accelerate the beautification of Liberia.

    I don’t understand why people move back to Liberia and build these disgustingly huge houses as they watch their country man suffering in poverty, right down the street from them!! Disgusting behavior. That house could have easily been an apartment complex to house the poor. Liberians moving back, do better!! It’s not a flex to shit on your poor brothers and sisters

    • @AfricaThroughMyLens
      @AfricaThroughMyLens  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Thanks 🙏🏾 for watching. I Clearly understand where you’re coming from. You could better phase it as an advice instead of attacking them. You also have to consider…Some of these are retirement homes. These people are working nonstop abroad.. so they can do whatever they want with their money. If you’re gonna address them like that, you have to lead by an example. To build an apartment, you have to consider location. One can’t not buy land and start building an apartment complex or supermarket. Road conditions in the country….might not permit them to live there, no reliable sources of income to afford the apartments…no reliable transportation from apartment to market or places. I’m pretty sure..most developed countries…have better luxury homes compared to this or these in the world and yet homeless and poor people are all over the places. Give advice not attack.

    I doubt the engineers were Liberians. They were either Nigerians or Ghanaians. This is a mansion you would see in Hollywood Hills. She took this house plan from the united state specifically California I believe. Thank you sister. God bless you always.

      Why are so ignorant to reslity, there are lots of Liberian engineers who can build beautiful buildings more than this, your thinking is very premature. Think twice next time.

    • @jahwil8978

      Liberians can do this and more. Change that small mindset. I got a modern drawing and Liberians are building it just as it is on the drawing; detail by detail.

    Please don’t come over emphasize the word beautiful like every Liberian TH-camr. Then ‘wow’ wow’ as if this is the first time you’ve ever seen a half way mansion like this before. Your mates are building mansions since the 1970’s but Liberia and mediocrity ly 5&6.
