Nice house and great location, but the floorplan design is chaotic and inefficiently laid out. With all that space - for example - the hot water heaters should be neatly tucked away in their own closet/cabinet spaces. I’d definitely have to get rid of that hideous furniture, kitchen countertop material and replace the window framing if I were going to buy and live there.
