Since launching their vinyl led B2B DJ project and ‘house’ parties across the UK in 2022, @daisybelledj and @carlyfoxxdj have been invited to host radio shows for Defected Records, Glitterbox, and The Lot Radio (NYC). In a short time, they have brought their uplifting & eclectic sound to London institutions like fabric, Printworks and Ministry of Sound, sharing line-ups with Mr.G, Jayda G, Artwoork, etc. Their shared love for undiscovered gems and rare 80s records is always present in their DJ sets.

I heard snippets of this as an 80s teen, and part of my twenties in the 80s. I got into the Punk/new wave thing when I was about 12 around 79. Also getting into electronic music, and loved the beat driven side of it, so much obscure beauty out there. Great playlist!

Not 100% sure, but I think some of the female "sounds" in the second track (Releve du Matin) were sampled in the remix for the massive 1988 club hit Maurice "This is Acid." Those gasps sound awfully familiar, lol . . .
