THANK YOU for featuring several "salt" hair colors, and for affirming that the brows should be darker to provide contrast! For me, NO red in the brow product is of utmost importance. Brow colors with NO red seem kind of hard to find.
I look for taupes , agreed that ANY red at all looks weird. Also l find the tone of the eyes are important, l have black/ dark burgundy hair but hazel green eyes, so l noticed that also, must go lighter according to the tone of my eyes! I'm older and really did a number on myself in the 70s tweezing to oblivion, they never recovered, LOL!
Any suggestions for snow white hair, fair skin, dark, but sparse eyebrows that have some white hairs, fading brow tattoos and uneven brows for a 76 year old? Seems like all the “problems” on one face.😁
This info was great. I'm a mature woman with naturally graying hair. I've always been told to use a blonde brow color but never thought it was dark enough. After watching your video, I think a medium brown is what I should be doing.

Great video. I bet I have spent more money looking for the perfect brow product/color than on any other type of makeup. I am salt and pepper now with no warmth at all in the brow.
Lived with natural "flaming red" hair all my life. Now graying. Want to stay sort of strawberry - definitely red but subtle. Eyebrows are a nightmare. Shapes never matched. Now thickish with pink hair.

Thank you for the information. I now know that even though all my coloring is light-white hair, blue eyes and pink skin-my brows should be darker, an ash brown, to provide contrast.

I’m a very fair (cool pink tone skin) with naturally light blonde hair. Scandinavian decent. I didn’t see any model represent that combo. The few blonde haired models had blonde highlights with dark roots and very tan skin. Any suggestions for us very light skin and hair ladies?

This color combination seems to be such a challenge for every company. I once found a lighter taupe that wasn’t too red, then they changed the formula and it was both too dark and too red/orange. Not sure why a properly pigmented product is such a challenge for companies to make for those of us with lighter skin & hair, especially for those of us with sparser brows so need it to stay on skin, not just darken the hair. Also for those of us with a little red undertone who seek to go a *little* ashier, but don’t want a dark, gray brow.
🤔 Now that I think of it, maybe I am asking for a lot. 😂
@@ligerinpantherville3005 You summed up my struggle to find the right brow color products beautifully. Taupe easily becomes too ashy, soft brown too dark, blonde usually much too red. I’ve mixed my own ABH Dipbrow using both the blonde and taupe shades, and use the Taupe pencils. Debating on dying my brows but with very fair sensitive skin, not sure that would be wise. And I’ve never had much brow hair. Going to a pro I’ve been lectured about overplucking several times but that was never the case. Just wasn’t blessed with abundant brow hair.

This was very helpful. In the ABH brow quiz I took, it recommended Granite and that's what I purchased. I'm Hispanic/Asian with S&P hair and tan skin. I might try the Medium Brown to experiment. What shade do you wear...I know you mentioned that your brows are tattooed. Thank you!

I’ve had many shades of red hair and taupe has worked well with every shade. I found using the discontinued? Strawburn word well too.
Didn’t notice any ‘granite’ pencils used in the video. I’ve found that colour useful as there’s not a scrap of warmth in it - and even though it’s a dark colour the lightest touch doesn’t look too heavy on pale skin. Love Jasmine’s tutorials!

HELP please! My natural brows start too far apart, like one of the models you featured. Can you do a video on how to fill them in since that area needs to be a bit more sparse and look like real hair? I find it difficult to create the center brow from scratch without it looking too solid! LOVING your channel and already shared with friends!!

I'm glad you did a video on brow colors. I have yellow tone like you. I was also told I am a neutral undertone.I have black with some grey hair coming in. Should I stick with hash brown or medium brown versus ebony? The color ebony sounds dark to me.

... strawberry/ blondish red, blue green eyes and VERY VERY light skin... some freckles that have faded some... whenever I've got my brows tinted, they ALWAYS do them way too dark and i look like Grocho Marx and I go home and try my best to scrub it off!! What you recommend??

I have multitonal gray hair with white. Light/Medium neutral warm skin and brown eyes. Very sparse eyebrows. I am using either ABH ashbrown powder or pencil. At times I use ABH medium brown.

I've always had an issue with using too dark of a product. I've had natural platinum blonde hair color my entire life. As I gotten older, my hair has gotten darker, from P.blonde to ash blonde then dark blonde and now ITS BROWN. My brows have stayed platinum blonde. I do dye my hair blue black or jet black. I wish I could add a photo here, but it won't let me. So can you help me out with with wat shade 2use on my brows.

For beginners, our perfect pencil, easy to use and gives a powder look. For an all day last when you have more skin than hair, try to learn to use our dip brow
I have used ABH brow wiz for years. Tried other products but always go back. I have been known to change my hair color between light, medium, auburn browns or lots of highlights. Soft Brown and taupe have worked the best. I am now growing out my natural hair which is between a dark blonde/light brown with about 40% gray, so roots are darker. Will maintain some ashy highlights. I like an ombré brow. Will Taupe and Soft Brown still work or something else? Thanks, Jasmine!

Is soft brown the same as ash brown? Is ash brown lighter than medium or soft brown? Would ash brown be too dark for fair-skinned ginger?
I am ash brown! Ash brown has not warm tones but soft brown does but I typically recommend taupe to get started because it’s more of a universal color and will go with most light skin tones with medium to light head of hairs
Sorry, the blondes you present do not have ash toned hair - they scream golden! ABH brow colors for natural blonds with naturally lighter brows are too dark for me, especially with my deep set eyes. Finding a proper color is torture - I have highlighted blonde hair and pale neutral olive skin that leans a smidge towards yellow vs pink and any polarity of gold or ash stands out as clashing - same with hair color, foundation, blush, etc. Gold and silver jewelry does the same - I have to wear colored stones to soften the metals or they look garish.
