Congratulations Manush and Pallavi .. I faced the same situation as ur … pain for 15 hrs .. then c section as head was not going out … no milk supply initially … trust me green moong / watermelon does the magic to increase milk supply
1) Hearing test for baby is must. They will charge somewhere between 1500-2000. 2) As the sister showed wrap her all the time. Babies feel like they are inside their mothers stomach. 3) After feeding sometimes she will vomit 5-6 ml milk. That is completely normal. 4) Burping is a must. 5) Initially you may see some blood clots in her urine (not stool). That is normal and is because of hormonal changes. 6) After 5-6 days if you see yellow eyes or skin then do the bilirubin test. 7) If the bilirubin shows more than 12-13 then you may have to admit her. 8) Breast feed from both the breast. 10 mins each. 9) If you are giving breast feed then give feed on demand and if you are giving lecto then after every 2-3 hrs feed her.
I am not a doctor. I am just sharing my experience and knowledge. Pallabi you can have sabudana with milk. It will increase the milk production. Doctor will give you one cream to use on the stitch. Also you will find one cream(tube) "Nipcare". You can apply it if she bites while feeding.
