The reveal of Jason Todd being the Arkham Knight is a pretty great reveal, as long as nobody has heard of the classic Batman character Jason Todd, or Google his name when the game comes out, or think about how familiar his name sounds.
I do kinda of feel like with how much they feature Jason's backstory in flashbacks in this game, it was pretty obvious Jason was the Arkham Knight. To be honest before the reveal I actually thought the Arkham Knight was going to be an older Damian Wayne raised to resent Batman. Even though Troy Baker does a good job as Jason and really sells the level of pain he's been through I think the way they wrote the character made him a little less interesting than he was in the comics and animated movie, since Jason never wanted to kill Bruce and actually knew it wasn't Bruce's fault for what happened to him, but then again seems like they were doing their own thing.
I love how when Joker says something..... Joker-like, the girls say, "Oh that's mean." Also, does anyone else feel like the videos they've watched have painted Batman to be an abusive sack of crap? Based on their commentary, it seems like that's what they think. Even though he's not.
These girls are too slow to understand that they've been just as manipulated by Joker as Jason was. They listened to Joker talk about all of Batman's doubts, fears and concerns and took it all to heart, instead of realizing that Joker is constantly saying all these things in his head, just to make him surrender control over to him.
@@IntellectKIDMuzik That doesn't justify the hate they clearly feel for Batman, and that's because they don't know nothing about Batman neither the intelligence to understand him.
@@MarQZBoss95 i mean how could they though? This is a reaction channel at the end of the day. If they did all the research beforehand, it'd kind of spoil some of the best moments of this game. For instance, those of us that know Batman's history with Red Hood picked up on Arkham Knights identity super early. At the end of the day this is just an initial reaction. I seem to recall them or at least Jaby saying they do these reactions and then eventually get around to playing the games, or at least watching other movies so... They'll learn eventually. @@IntellectKIDMuzik There is nothing bad they don't know about some character, the wrong thing is that they pretends to know about something they really don't know nothing and talk about it with the confindence that only someone that really know about it would have, when clearly that's not their case. Batman activates Knightfall Protocol and makes it seem to the people of Gotham that he died by blasting his own Wayne Manor. He does this to show that he died and remains anonymous among the people of Gotham, when he is actually not dead. No further clarifications just watch the proper ending, it ends with a cliffhanger where from we can only speculate whether Batman died or not.
This isn't the full ending. There is a full story ending which is called the Knightfall Protocol Ending. You can search it up and react to it. It's the complete end to the Arkham Trilogy. If possible, you guys could even react to the different side missions to find out what happened to other villains such as Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, and the Mad Hatter, and so on. Guys, like my reply so they see it. Fingers crossed
Batman Arkham things you should watch after this: - The TRUE Ending (You get for completing all the side missions in the game) - Since it's an actual ending. - The Season of Infamy and Episodes of Arkham DLC's (It's extra stories with villains not seen in the main game and prologues and epilogues to the game) Things I'm hoping you'll do, but realistically, know that you won't get too. - The side missions themselves, that's most of the game right there (Because in it, you see Two-Face, More Penguin with Nightwing, Riddler and Catwoman, The Return of Firefly, The Return of Deathstroke, the shock of Man-Bat, the mass murders of Professor Pyg, the cult of Deacon Blackfyre, Hush's and Azrael's story... even though you guys skipped his intro in Arkham City) - The audio tapes (some of the best voice acting and disturbing content in the entire series) - The Arkham game over scenes (It has just about every major villain and minor villain giving a final word to Batman... or someone else, and it's both interesting, or some of the funniest material.) (all of these alone can be two to three videos by themselves, and where to watch them "Batman: Arkham Videos")
it's funny how most people miss out when Barbara "kill" herself, the Joker pushes the gun towards her and it would be impossible if that wasn't a hallucination
It sounds bad when you put it like that, but you can't really blame Batman for not searching anymore for Jason, he got sent the video of Joker straight up shooting him and then zooming it in his face making it really believable that Jason is Dead. as one of the tapes in games provide a dialog between Arkham Knight and Barbara, She mentions how Bruce mourned Jason. He didn't straight get another Robin, Tim found Batman deducing his secret identity after seeing how cold and dark he has gotten, Tim became Robin shortly. Bruce would eventually accept, however as we can see In Arkham City and in the beginning of this game he never really let him join on these crusades as he doesn't want him to end up like Jason, blaming himself.
Well the game is not fully over....there's so many mission arcs like Mr freeze,Ra's Al Ghul,Catwoman and more..only finishing these missions will lead to the main ending which is knightfall protocol
1:07:50 He didn't give up on him. Joker showed him a video or live feed of him killing Jason/Robin. And he didn't replace Jason with Dick as Robin. Dicks parents died around the same time when Jason was missing/being tortured. When Batman was seeing Jason get Tortured, when he was going after the other Jokers. Those were the videos Joker sent him.
You kind of got that backwards my friend lol. Dick Grayson was the first Robin. His parents died way before Jason was in the picture. He left to become Nightwing. Batman took Jason to be the next Robin to give him purpose and to keep him out of trouble since he was stealing. When Batman was looking for Jason, Joker sent the video of him "Killing" Jason, which hurt him. While he was grieving, Tim discovered Batman's secret identity, and wanted to he the next Robin. However, since he lost Jason, Bruce didn't want to train another Robin. But Nightwing and Alfred convinced him to traim Tim as the next Robin. Hope this makes sense.
Bruce searched for Jason for a long time, he didn't abandon him, Joker sent him the video of killing Jason so he thought he was dead. So he stopped the search then
Bruce didn't give up on finding Jason He was searching for him all the time But after the video of jason being shot dead by joker how was he supposed to look after him He was dead like really dead He was brought back into life by the league of assassins He was dipped into the Lazarus pit Just like ra's al ghul
Best way to finish the trilogy. There was supposed to be a direct sequel to Arkham Knight where you play as either an older Bruce Wayne Batman or his son Damian Wayne Batman. But it was cancelled.
I would love to see you guys react to the Arkham voice tapes for each of the games. It gives a lot of context and insight as to what happens before and in between the games
I get that it’s ultimately the jokers fault, that he made Jason into this. But that doesn’t excuse his actions. He was still in control of his actions and choices leading up to the events of the game. He chose to take Barbara hostage, left her to scarecrow, and killed who knows how many GCPD. He chose to potentially cover the entire east coast of the US in fear toxin, which would’ve killed millions, or at the very least driven them insane. He allowed himself to be completely consumed with revenge, and showed zero regard for anyone else’s life or safety. I’m not saying Batman is completely blameless, but the moment Jason chose to work with scarecrow he lost all my sympathy.
Also I'd HIGHLY recommend watching some the DLC of this game, particularly the Mr. Freeze since you guys liked the Origins DLC of him. It's a beautiful story.
Batman did not abandon Jason Todd. After months of searching for him, Batman went almost mad. Tim Drake volunteered to be Robin, seeing how violent and brutal a drsperate Batman was becoming, he wanted to be there to support him. Thats the only reason Jason was "replaced".
One thing is that jason is furious with batman. But putting Tim in danger as much as letting Crain kidnap Barbara, Jason can't forgive himself for that.
Im pretty sure everyone noticed but the part that annoyed me the most is the way the player would do the tank battles, dude really was shooting the Vulcan gun when the game tells you to use the 60mm cannon
Do they even check out the comments or do they just record this weeks in advance hence why they don’t make changes to where they get their footage from and not responding to viewers?
Considering how they turned off their brains regarding Batman trying to protect those he cared about and didn't pay attention to the fact that Batman clearly states that Joker sent a video of him killing Jason, I'd say they just make these in advance and dump them out.
I think you guys misunderstood Batman and why he "abandoned" Jason Todd's Robin. Joker sent him a video of his death but he didn't know it was fabricated. Batman needed another Robin so he trained Dick Grayson and Tim Drake afterwards and he still kept Jason's suit and mask as a memory in his bat cave. He will always be the first Robin to him. Then will come Damian Wayne who is Bruce's biological son with Talia Al Ghul. As you continue your DC journey with animated movies, you'll understand better.
21:42 Batman never abandoned Jason. In the comics, Jason actually did die. However, he was brought back by the Lazarus Pit and his mind became twisted. In this game's story, Batman looked for Jason for months. Than he received the video from Joker "killing" him. Ever since Jason "died", Batman never wanted to train another Robin. But Alfred and Nightwing convinced him to train Tim. Hope this makes sense
This took plenty of liberties, telling the story of Jason, with the true story can be seen in Batman under the red hood, the other one this makes me think of is Batman beyond return of the Joker, which is another amazing Batman movie. I think the three must watch to get more depth to Batman are those two and then also Batman mask of phantasm
Hayley, you will become the link to Achara, to get to know this game's story in depth, even the videos of the Best combat in this game will keep you engaged.

But if they don't know the story of Jason Todd, then it makes sense
@@DaFutureMan100 no it doesn't, Joker send Batman a vid of him shooting Jason and Batman was so in shock that he believed it, he was griefing him.
They are hating on Batman for something that isn't his fault.
And ngl it makes me kinda angry
That happens when someone reacts to something just for popularity and not by a real interest in the saga and not taking the time to research the basics of Batman's history.
Exactly also without context that line of Jason you left me rotting in the waste of abandoned Arkham for a year that kindve sounds like Bruce put him there without context
@@JesG. Yea if someone had 3 brain cells then I could mabey see that but otherwise no.
Thats just how jason see's the situation because Joker manipulated him. So if they would just Think about it for 3 seconds without just randomly blaming batman then they would see that
The reveal of Jason Todd being the Arkham Knight is a pretty great reveal, as long as nobody has heard of the classic Batman character Jason Todd, or Google his name when the game comes out, or think about how familiar his name sounds.
I had seen scenes from Dark Apokolips timeline movies so I got the idea it might be him when they showed joker shooting him
Instead of showing Jason they shouldve just put a robin suit in the bat cave and the rest is up to us to figure out who's suit that is
I love how when Joker says something.....
In their defense though... (Although they should know this already) Joker is extremely charismatic so it's difficult to dislike him.
I think we're being a bit too harsh on them.
@@IntellectKIDMuzik There is nothing bad they don't know about some character, the wrong thing is that they pretends to know about something they really don't know nothing and talk about it with the confindence that only someone that really know about it would have, when clearly that's not their case. So they should be more humble and carefully at the moment to talk about something they don't know at all.
THERE IS NO WAY I WATCHED 4 PARTS WHEN YOU DONT EVEN SEE THE GAME ENDING.
I knew that Jason was the Arkham Knight as well, the flashbacks gave it away but then he became Red Hood. I felt kind of sorry for Jason after all he’s been through and endured
Before the game came out, they announced red hood would be dlc, that let me know Jason was Arkham Knight
@@quentinjones6877 IKR!
1:07:05 It's actually a different ending. No offense to the individual you've been watching, but this player had a lot of strange cuts in the gameplays. Regardless, still enjoyed you two's reaction. I hope you two get to react to the other endings of this game whenever you have time. Also, for future reactions, I hope you two react to Marvel vs Capcom 3 cutscenes, Devil May Cry 1-5 & the Resident Evil games! 🙏🏽💪
I hope they react to these choices! Especially the X-Men Origins: Wolverine game! 👏
@@marcellousnguyen187 Why? The game is almost a direct adaptation of the movie.
@@harshk9342 True, but the Wolverine game is going to come out soon! The story is slightly better than the movie! 👏
You need to see the actual ending, The Nightfall Protocol, and there are some short dlc stories you could watch also
I don't think they even check their comments at this point.
My theory for the ending is that Bruce was using Scarecrow's Fear toxin as a antidote for Joker's infected blood. Also you two should check out the side missions and the DLC stories before you put the cabosh on the Arkham series
You need to watch the rest of the ending! I can't believe it cut off there!
Don't worry people, I guess they will read our comments and react in another short video to the complete ending, at least to the first ending because the real one is obtained by completing a new game +
I love that Batman’s willpower was so strong that he literally locked away the joker in his head. And that’s why he’s on the justice league with no powers. Cause he BATMAN!!!!
Screw the JL. He's better off without them if u ask me. I really like him being as a lone hero.
@@batknightchannel8169 I can agree with that
@@batknightchannel8169 hey I was wondering, who do you think creates more collateral damage from their actions, the justice league or the avengers. In the main universe btw. No alternate universes
@@dishonorabledimensions1683 Avengers. Justice League clears most of it's own ruckus really quickly due to Flash and GL. Avengers don't have a speedster.
@@harshk9342 makes sense
Batman Arkham things you should watch after this:
- The TRUE Ending (You get for completing all the side missions in the game) - Since it's an actual ending.
- The Season of Infamy and Episodes of Arkham DLC's (It's extra stories with villains not seen in the main game and prologues and epilogues to the game)
Things I'm hoping you'll do, but realistically, know that you won't get too.
- The side missions themselves, that's most of the game right there (Because in it, you see Two-Face, More Penguin with Nightwing, Riddler and Catwoman, The Return of Firefly, The Return of Deathstroke, the shock of Man-Bat, the mass murders of Professor Pyg, the cult of Deacon Blackfyre, Hush's and Azrael's story... even though you guys skipped his intro in Arkham City)
- The audio tapes (some of the best voice acting and disturbing content in the entire series)
- The Arkham game over scenes (It has just about every major villain and minor villain giving a final word to Batman... or someone else, and it's both interesting, or some of the funniest material.)
(all of these alone can be two to three videos by themselves, and where to watch them "Batman: Arkham Videos")
Mark Hamil and the late Kevin Conroy a true dynamic duo
59:06 not the guy trying to literally walk through a statue 😂
it's funny how most people miss out when Barbara "kill" herself, the Joker pushes the gun towards her and it would be impossible if that wasn't a hallucination
Check "knightfall" cutscene for the ending, you guys could check side mission as well.
27:30 probably the Best moment out of the entire reaction. the deception of this game, omg!! 🤣🤣🤣
Great reactions! Now you should watch all the side quests and the real ending, they're really good and it gives a lot of context
Check out a Arkham Knight missed details video after this. You guys will love how much care and attention was put into this games world.
my friend u are assuming they care.
@@meswilright lol
Well the game is not fully over....there's so many mission arcs like Mr freeze,Ra's Al Ghul,Catwoman and more..only finishing these missions will lead to the main ending which is knightfall protocol
I suggest you to watch the animated movie "Batman under the red hood" to fully understand the relationship between Jason Todd and Batman :)
@@marcellousnguyen187 lmao yeah, thanks bro

Bruce searched for Jason for a long time, he didn't abandon him, Joker sent him the video of killing Jason so he thought he was dead. So he stopped the search then
Barber looks incredible cute and super sweet 33:33
Need you to watch the Knightfall protocol and the side missions!
Bruce didn't give up on finding Jason
He was searching for him all the time
But after the video of jason being shot dead by joker how was he supposed to look after him
He was dead like really dead
He was brought back into life by the league of assassins
He was dipped into the Lazarus pit
Just like ra's al ghul
Best way to finish the trilogy. There was supposed to be a direct sequel to Arkham Knight where you play as either an older Bruce Wayne Batman or his son Damian Wayne Batman. But it was cancelled.
You all are missing the knightfall protocol
That's the endind
I would love to see you guys react to the Arkham voice tapes for each of the games. It gives a lot of context and insight as to what happens before and in between the games
Hey guys, the game is not over. It has an actual ending as Batman says. Its just not recorded in this video.
50:40 and he even has Tim/Robin in a wheelchair like when Joker tortured Jason
Watch the knight fall protocol there is a ending cutscene u only see after 100% of the game and u see why they say “Batman died”
Crazy they felt bad for him after the reveal, but don't bring up all the things that he did prior
the frustration is limitless
1:02:47 The line! Now this, puts a smile on my face 😌
Im pretty sure everyone noticed but the part that annoyed me the most is the way the player would do the tank battles, dude really was shooting the Vulcan gun when the game tells you to use the 60mm cannon
1:04:40 No, Scarecrow. Without fear, YOUR life is meaningless.
you guys need to see 100% game ending
Do they even check out the comments or do they just record this weeks in advance hence why they don’t make changes to where they get their footage from and not responding to viewers?
Considering how they turned off their brains regarding Batman trying to protect those he cared about and didn't pay attention to the fact that Batman clearly states that Joker sent a video of him killing Jason, I'd say they just make these in advance and dump them out.
You missed the knightfall protocol😭
Sure hope you guys React and watch the Knightfall protocol as well as the Arkham City dlc.
Wonder why it didn’t send him over the edge.(I mean become a killer)
Yeah, it's an unfortunate situation for both characters. 👏
Yeah, it's unfortunate for both characters! 👏
This took plenty of liberties, telling the story of Jason, with the true story can be seen in Batman under the red hood, the other one this makes me think of is Batman beyond return of the Joker, which is another amazing Batman movie. I think the three must watch to get more depth to Batman are those two and then also Batman mask of phantasm
respect your viewer and subscriber, listen to them that this is not the actual ending, hope you react to the clip of actual ending
Watch the real ending.
It's not the end GODDAMNIT

Missing Batman´s farewell to Catwoman is a big fail...
Jason’s final dialogue with Batman always gets me to draw tears.
Only suggestion you guys and gals should take into consideration when watching these game movies is WHOM to watch them from...
Do what you do when selecting a game to watch, but you also NEED to have your community select the best version to react to...
As im sure you know by now (from comments), how much GLP movie showcases leave out so much context...
Thank you guys for reacting to these! It's a shame that GLP cut alot out from the story, still you got the jist of it :D
Thats not a cure he was looking for
That's in his head his fear of crossing the line of no killing
He was looking for a cure for the infected he had locked up
He was already cured from the jokers disease at the end of arkham city

No. This is not how the story ends.
I've been a bit harsh on these girls through this playthrough, but, it honestly just speaks to how impressive Jokers charismatic manipulation skills really are. He's literally manipulating them in real life and they're falling for it, hook line and sinker.

I had an issue with the video they used for A:C because of the copyright and no sound during the final 10 minutes or so. This one was possibly worse for not including the END of the game. How is that possible? How does someone make a cutscene compilation and not put it all in?
