Operations where they lower a block of metal between the vibrator and a jammed rock seem to work well. As often the case, one chap does a lot of work but whenever there's a jam, several others appear to either offer "advice" or just stand around pretending to be useful. No ear or eye protection, no gloves, open sandals and dangley head gear. And they are probably paid a pittance.
The guy in charge of coordinating the person who breaks the stones in the mine with the people in charge of the grinder seems to be a deranged madman, it couldn't be worse.
All they're deranged all they work hard not smart, I work for a few time in a rock pit and we're work safety but they work like never heard that word safety by the way we have much more bigger hammer 4 time's bigger than this, and will not dump any dirt in it I work with the drill doing the holes for the explosives what a beauty full days
