I think I’m in love. The Entrgra Odyssey 24B checks all of our boxes (except the lack of outside storage). We are two 63 yr old newbies. It looks like a simple rigs to operate.
1) Love the decor 2) Love the bathroom 3) love the inside storage ... 1) Dislike the step down to the cockpit 2) Dislike the U shaped dinette 3) Dislike the fold up queen bed Thank you for your video!
I love that you are so thorough with your review! Yes, it is a big deal that you get up on the roof to show us the top, you open all the storage, you get into the shower to show the size, and you even sit on the toilet! These are important things for someone to know!

Thanks for all the great RV reviews! I was super excited to see this one because I just put a downpayment on this coach! After looking at every Class C in the 24-27 foot range over the past 3 years (I wanted to keep it under 30'), this was definitely my top floor plan. It's very spacious inside for the size. I don't mind the fold down bed...I'll be solo and will just sleep in the cabover bunk if I can't put out the slides. Same thing for the TV...since it's just me, no problem watching the tv from either the dinette or the swivel front seats. Like you, I love the size of the shower and since I'm not all that tall, the toilet placement is no problem. Inside storage is incredible and I can make do with the outside storage. One thing you didn't mention that I really love is that this coach has hellwig springs and front and back stabilizer bars included...making it one of better driving experiences. Mine comes with a bedroom TV as well. Anyway...thanks for this review...nice job!!

@@CynthiaFrojen I absolutely still love it! I’ve been living in it full-time and traveling for 2 1/2 years now. It has been just great. I’ve had a couple of issues but they were quickly resolved. The electric water heater suddenly quit but I still had the propane water heater to use until it was repaired. And then more recently the computer module that runs all of the electronics in the truck portion of the rig suddenly died without warning. That caused a trip to a repair shop and a couple of weeks to hunt down the part. But it was replaced, and covered by the warranty. Otherwise, no issues at all. It drives easily, I sleep super comfortably I did have a custom mattress built for it, and I really have no complaints. Especially as a single retired woman it’s been very easy to use. I also tow a small car behind me. I would recommend this rig to anyone.
My hubby and I went to General RV in Ocala today and Matt Cassidy. Boy did she tell us things about you Matt :-) no, it was all good. She says you’re going to be back tomorrow. That’s great. I’ve enjoyed watching your videos from on the road. We absolutely love this motorhome when we went in. We had a Winnebago view that we sold. It was about the same length. I had not seen a floor plan that I liked and one that short. We want to stay under 30 feet. We thought we’d have to go to something several feet longer. But this was just so opened, I Loved the U-shaped dinette, the kitchen, just the open field. We really enjoyed this motorhome. So we look forward to working with you and Cassidy sometime probably in the spring. Many blessings.

Love the big shower, love the slide out drawers in kitchen, love the swivel chairs...do not care for low toilet and placement, don’t care for step down into cab and do not like bed in pull out

I do like they give a microwave oven and a oven below the stove top plus great bed you can move around, nothing worse as an older couple trying to crawl over someone at 1 AM to get to the bathroom or to get back in bed plus 26 foot unit can get you almost any where, in most camp grounds,even park in the local grocery store lot to run in for last minute groceries .
Matt thank for including msrp it very help in making a decision on making a purchase for a rv I like the front bunk window but it intends to get pretty hot up there 2i like the spin around seat 3i like the dinette set 4 the outside water hook up is a nice idea 5 love the size of the shower the things I dislike 1 no side mirror camera 2 I hate the flip up bed 3 I agree on the tv 4 I wish it had more storage thank you Matt for taking the time out of your day to make this video

I really like the long slide. I also really like the passenger seat that swivels and the cushion that will get you up to a higher level. I generally don't like Class C's because you lose that front area for actual living space. I don't like my side cameras on my Aspire. I only use the rear camera.
I don't like the location of the TV. Nice sized refrigerator, great shower and lots of storage space. If I downsize in the future, this may be the unit for getaway trips.

We love you & Andrea. :) Entegra needs to introduce a twin/king bed in back with panoramic windows and mid bath like the original “Lazy Daze” class C manufactured in California. Then incorporate the theater seats across from the TV. Fridge that opens on either side, like Leisure RV offers. Add, Thor’s new light and bright interior colors. With the amazing bunk over cab they would have the best of all worlds. In our opinion.
2nd comment :) I LOVE that it is Solar prepped!! I have paid BIG bucks on my last 3 RV's to get someone to drill the holes and route the wires down from the roof. I also love the E450. My Thor 27 foot was on a E350 and that chassis was too light.

This class c is one of my favorite floorplans so I am a bit bias. my biggest love is that you can walk through with the slide in. And like you said having to flip the bed is pain because I have been at truck stops to rest and the thought of having to put out that slide just to rest would be a pain, up side is you can make the u dinette into a bed though so there is a thought. So I am 5' 4" and I just never thought about the small bathrooms or toilet placement I fit in all of them lol! Thanks

What eventually happens to windshields? They break from flying rocks off dump trucks. We don't need something extra that can leak and bring in sun and heat, over the bunk bed. So tell them not to cut a hole in the roof for a window. That would save us some money. The folding bed does suck. Good video and fun.

I love the oven and microwave! Stainless refridg is a plus. The storage is incredible Nice bathroom. Only wish you could get stadium seating instead of dinette.

As usual, great job! I like the small overall size compared to the large interior live-in area. This is something I would feel confident driving and parking.

I like the large window over the front bunk as well. I just wish the RV manufactures would start putting the TV's across from the seating area. I know some are starting to now but seems to be a no brainer. I agree that the E450 is better. Makes you want to channel your inner Tim Allen!

I do wish they could swap the window/ toilet,with the sink/ medicine cabinet and place the bowl on the bias. Better comfort and privacy. Also easier to do a quick hand wash etc

Nice video Matt. This is the one we’ve pretty much narrowed it down too we think. A few questions.....
1. Is the Toilet porcelain or plastic?
2. I know Jayco bought Entegra. Are Entegra RVs actually made by Jayco or by Entegra? Or is it the exact same coach as Redhawk? Redhawk seems to have lower end finishes, so is Entegra higher quality or exactly the same?
3. Can you order it with no oven? I’d rather have the storage.
4. How much extra to order with stabilizer jacks as an option?

@ Matt's RV Reviews: I really enjoy your reviews! I love the kitchen in this unit--the Furrion range in addition to a microwave, a DOUBLE BOWL sink, and really good counter space for prep. This is one of the most spacious kitchen layouts I've seen; it really competes with some of the Class A's. Can you tell me where the water tanks are? (Inside, good for cold weather camping?) I checked out Entegra's website but couldn't find that information. Also, totally agree about the location of the toilet and sink!

The kitchen is one of the best I've seen. I love the size of the shower. I love the booth style dinette seating. Never been a fan of the slide out.
I wish the back bed when it was IN , you could sleep in it, or you could take the cushion off and be able to use the back bed as a smaller couch mode...especially in areas where you cant use slide outs!

I love everything but wish it had more white cabinets and I also think that the more streamlined cabinets - euro style would be very cool!
I like the storage available inside, the shower!!, the front window above the bunk (to lets lots of light in) but not crazy about the bed that has to fold :(

Matt, the RV I liked best, just got serious competition! This has my stove And microwave. Also my huge moon roof and large bath. (I'm 5'6" so the comode is just fine Matt!). ❤️. I wish it had Solar already, but it has the hookups- Good! I like the Ford Chassis, that means anybody can work on it, also mpg is great and So Roomy! And Matt, it HAS to have a vanity for a female, COME ON! LOVED the review! YOU'RE the Man! 😊

What I love is a big bathroom. They could even make the bathroom bigger n the bed a king size bed would be nice.plus small washer and dryer machine.and they can come with 4x4

I love this floorplan! The only thing I don't like is no nightstands, I'd rather they loose the linen closet and put small shelves on either side of the bed, any extra space could be used to enlarge the pantry.
The 3 things I like: the above cab front window, the full side slide out, nice and easy to drive. The 3 things I don’t like: the one we looked at did not have auto leveling (and it’s $5000 to add), the exterior doors do not fasten well, limited exterior storage.
Hi Matt, first I would like to say I like watching your channel you give great info. I feel that in a class C they should put a Combo washer/dryer in the bathroom instead of a sink.

Love the room it has! And it needs more sleeping beds. It also needs a bigger refrigerator and ice maker! Also needs washer and dryer. And the shower is way to small!and needs a seat as well!

You're the man Matt!!! I hella thumbs up this vid!!! So the 3 things I like... decent shower size, the windshield in the cabover, and the small size! 3 things I don't like... I've seen more outside storage in even smaller RVs! 2nd thing I don't like are the folding beds!!!! Ugh! 3rd thing in this vid is the wardrobe doors seemed really flimsy when you opened them, shaky and thin. I also like that this has an oven aaaaand a microwave... Matt, that looked like a convection mic was it not? Love your body type and your realistic approach to showing the dimensions of things like the toilet and shower!!!!

Hey Matt, I’m a new subscriber and I really enjoy your reviews. I’m a big guy like you and one thing I dislike vehemently in all the F-Series Ford chassis is how impossible it is to get from the living space into the drivers seat. I hung my foot on one at an RV show and almost busted my a_ _. It’s a showstopper for us. A shame really. Keep up the reviews. Would love to see you do some Sprinter models. Thank you sir!

I'd never buy a motorhome that requires the slideout to be extended to use the bed. But I happen to like the placement of the TV vs the typical placement in the bunk.

It’s true with those small showers, if you drop it, you absolutely cannot bend over to pick it up.😂 That’s a good thing depending on the situation.🤣
You’re 10th to the umpth power times pi correct on the toilet placement. These things cost way too much to skimp on the comfort of dropp’n it like it’s hot🥵.
People spend most of their life in two places, with a runner 🏃 up on a near third. That’s in bed, in shoes, and (due to modern smart phone usage, lack of oats and more, and bad ergonomics (get yo self a Squatty Potty!🦄 ) on the Throne.
Invest in a good mattress, please buy comfortable shoes over “style”, your “old”👨🦳 🦶feet will thank ya, and for the LOVE OF GOD!!! Give people elbows, shoulders, knees, and toes room.
Look 👀 Dudes! Yeah all y’all RV makers. We ain’t try’n a Break Bad in it, we just wanna chillax in moderate comfort, please.

Your amazing I love you bring up important factors of different size people, I'm 5ft but I'm fat I'm a rollie pollie and it isn't easy for me in some areas in RV stuff because my fat round body then my son is almost 6 ft and if I buy something it has to work for all sizes and I really love you point everything out.

3 dislikes 1- fold up bed .2 - toilet placement 3- I'm a fan of the chest type refrigerator.
Likes 1- huge walkway when slide are closed .2 oven . Hitch.

Also, I think I would like the cushions for the chairs to be a lighter brown or beige, otherwise, it's PERFECT for me. Don't mind folding the bed, I'd still have 2 other places to sleep, it's just me!

Enjoyed the video! I liked the Entegra Odyssey 29V. Agree, dont like the folded up bed bottom for when slide is in..wish the front seats were closer to the main level...a larger storage area in the outside would be nice. The shower was a fantastic size and the rear bedroom closet would hold all of our clothes ....was there a place in main living area for two coats and some shoes?
How do people figure on what the coach will eventually cost...I wouldnt look at this cause sticker is over$100,000, but if I thought I could get it for in the 70s, my interest is tweeked! I may have to come up the road 2 miles and check it out!

Matt, love your videos. And you always go up onto the roof. Are you not a Jayco dealer? Was wondering why they weren't in the running for the top 5 small Class C motorhomes. ARt
So yes and no… No we do not sell Jayco… But we do sell Entegra which is the same exact product… So when I say in Entegra 31F it is also the Jayco 31F
Put up a review of the 25R floor plan when you get one. Almost bought one as a Jayco but haven't been in the position to pull the trigger yet. Also I find it funny that Entegra all those years they were owned by Jayco was like, "Class C? That's so beneath us". Surprising what a change of ownership will do...

It's an amzingly spacious unit for being so small, but those outside storage compartments are so short, what are you going to carry in them? It looks to me like the shower will become the "on the road" storage unit.

The Odyssey 24B come with auto levels? Important feature for us. Outside kitchen with grill & outdoor showers are more desirable than a stupid TV.
I like the size, I like the king size bed, and I like the E450 that it sits on. I Don't like No TV in the over cab, I don't like the seating, I own a F150 platinum, and the message, heated, air condition seats should be in this vehicle. Also a leather wrapped, heated steering wheel. I also don't like No side Camera's. Keep up the good work.

I would have preferred the bed was a Murphy bed on this one, converting to a couch when the bed is up, The optional smart TV would be in front of the couch/bed! Also a mount for a table in front of that couch as a work area. Pull the TV by the dinette and put it on a swivel over the steps. Then there would be nothing I didn't like about this motorhome!!

When opening/closing the slides, you should always have your door open to allow air to move in/out. Otherwise, you're putting an unnecessary strain on the slide motors in fighting air pressure changes.

Is there no bedroom TV? I love the cab window and the bathroom window. I dislike the lack of an outside kitchen.

We really like the 24B and feel that would be a great size for us to drive. The only sticking point we see is the lack of a large basement storage compartment to fit our grill, beach and camp chairs. Would you be able to get the measurements of the largest basement storage compartment? I found the total basement storage in cubic feet in the specs online, but I'm looking for the exact size of the largest basement storage compartment. Looking for the measurements of the opening, and the width depth and length of the interior of the basement storage compartment to see if there's a possibility to fit our grill and camp chairs in the basement. Or you can always carry those larger items in your towed SUV, with back seats folded down to make a larger cargo area when the tailgate is opened....We do this with our own "toad", a Jeep Sahara 4 door, and this solves the problem nicely
I Love: 1) The front cap arrangement. 2) The 3,000+# OCCC. 3) The 8 ct ft fridge as to the industry standard 5.5-6 cu ft version. I DO NOT like: 1) No factory Standard Inverter option. 2) No LifePO4 Lithium battery option (This is 2020 guys!). 3) No 510-Watt solar option factory installed for those few of us that would actually use it while camp hosting or camping on the BLM, WMA, or attending Escapees rallies, etc. 4) The front edges being squared off behind the chassis doors, takes off 1 MPG & attracts rock chips in oodles (price point thing). Overall I love this motorhome & the new 24B improvements over the old 22J. We saw this at the Ocala RV Show yesterday.

Good Review. I think that the unit has some shortcomings. I don't think the designers of RV are campers, because it they were the unit might be designed better. The first thing I dislike and always have, is the window at the head of the bed. I have owned other RV with this configuration and could never understand why they would do that. To me it is just another source of heat gain in the summer, and I would never sleep with the window open at night, think stiff neck. Next, having a stove and a convection microwave in the same unit. This is step backward. I have never used a stove in any of my units, except to store pans in. The convection microwave does everything a stove can do better. As covered in the review that toilet bowl placement, as other floor plans, they could have reversed the toilet with the sink. Lastly the placement of the TV. If you have two people sitting at the dinette (one on each side, there is no way for both to view the TV. Why not put it up in the bunk area like most of the other units. Just my comments, please don't take it personally Thor designers.

I love everything about this RV except that apparently--according to the Entegra website--that queen bed is only 70 inches long. A "short queen" is 74 inches. My husband's feet would hang off the end!

3 likes: bedroom storage space, interior space with slide extended, only 1 seating area as there are only 2 of us- why pay more for seats we won't sit in.
3 dislikes: overhead bunk... wasted space for us. Prefer over cab entertainment system. Small kitchen counter space. I've seen a few other plans that squeeze out a little more. Outside TV, we don't need more than one and it needs to be inside with the AC! 😄

Best practical 24 ft RV. Like 2 sinks, not the round one. Not big fan of dinette table that big, maybe 1 foot smaller is better.
I really don’t see the point for a window in the cap. I see these in some travel trailers also it just would seem like an added cost. Thank you
