Great progress for Josh. Lots of great guys in the amateur. Nick Guardione is a nice guy, met him a couple years ago and he is improving by leaps and bounds.
Some of the strongest and juiced up females on earth couldnt lift the 200lb hammer. But a 13 year old who just hit puberty smashed it. Damn 💪🏻

To be fair to the women, all three of them had just done the Arnold's womens competition OR a gripstrength competition.
@@scottmacgregor3444 Was it on the same day? But regardless they are full grown humans tho. He however is still a child with a ton of growth left in him. Barely dropped his nutz.
Don't get me wrong it's impressive but grip strength can be very deceiving. An 80 year old guy can have better grip than Trey Mitchell, and one does exist, and so could a guy who is a climber. Sometimes grip strength can just be determined by the shape of your hand, as such in Mark Felix's case.

Wow, you can really see how bad the athletes want that spot. The intensity in that sandbag event was arguably higher than any of the events in the pro competition.

Anyone know who the woman in red tights was doing the hammer deadlift @9:08? Impressed with the way she lifted the hammer (seemed easier)...granted the other 2 women had just competed in the pro women's show and I don't think she did? Still learning who all the women are and didn't recognize her.

Danielle Evansen. She competed in the Arnold Armlifting Championship on Friday so her hands were also fatigued. Armlifting = grip strength contests.

That Ukrainian woman is Mateus with a wig. I am 100% certain of this. He got tired of not winning, enough was enough, he disguised himself as a woman and competed in both divisions to increase his chance of a gold... but he couldn't beat the polynesian powerhouse
