For this event, I actually used one of the combos you showed in one of your videos. The one that uses Bahamut Shark to go into Utopic Draco Future, but instead I used Rebarian Shark to Stack RUM: The Seventh One on top of the deck and follow through with Umbral Horror Masquerade the next turn. I was playing Fluffals, so I had all of the extra-deck space available to do it. If I hard drew the Rank-Up, I would use Sabers to put it back on top of the deck. I've come to learn that most people are emotionally incapable of handling The Seventh One. It rarely resolved, mostly because everybody quits as soon as they see it.

Step 2: Overlay for Bahamut Shark Step 3: Use Bahamut Shark's effect to summon Number 71: Rebarian Shark Step 4: Overlay Full Armored Black Ray Lancer over Rebarian SHark Step 5: Detach all mats and then overlay Bahamut and Black Ray into Number F0: Utopic Future. At this point, Rebarian Shark goes to the graveyard, allowing you to put Rank-Up Magic The Seventh One on top of the deck. Step 6: Overlay Utopic Draco Future over Utopic Future. Step 7: Next turn activate Seventh One as you draw it, summoning out your chosen Number 101-107 monster. All in all it requires 1 main-deck card, but 7 extra deck slots. Normally the deck is better off running a bunch of links, but in this festival I had a lot of spare space to utilize this combo.
To be honest, I had a YGO player moment and played my first event game with heroes and my opponent was going Exosister combo on me and I was like, what a worthless fusion event? Then I actually read the event name haha.
is the Guardian and God Slime stuff banned? If not you could always utilize them for protection, and set up a Kragen play style, having God Slime protect them, Jellyfish to negate, Kragen to destroy their monsters by effect ect.
@@simpking2500 I haven't touched my Umi Control in a bit, but the last time I used them, my favorite play style revolved around having God Slime for its protection, so if it can be abused in the event, I'd definitely try it lol

I'm a lil disappointed you didn't just play sharks, which is basically fully water xyz monsters, cos I've been slaying up with it
