Tell you what. Good ol' cromley had his heel and toe technique pretty up to speed considering he hadnt drove a v8 supercar competitively for some time.
This same account uploaded a video of Larko doing a similar TV test at Ipswich, and someone made a comment that fits quite well: "some habits you can't change!"
@@MrSkeleton131 I mean crompton did also drive in the late 90s and early 2000s where they used the dogbox h pattern where the clutch wasn’t necessary either
@@bus5683 I think he was doing it to control wheel spin in the lower gears. He stopped clutching it once he got to 4th I think. He was probably on some well used tires and didn't want to fence the thing.
