Those taps with the pottery type and the oil in bowl at the beginning was so different but soothing to hear. I repeated that section just to enjoy it again. This was such a relaxing video. And glad you're trying Zumba! It's fun and energetic. It should make you feet massages even more enjoyable 💃🙂

I was falling asleep last night so I had to pause the video and watch were I left off this morning😂. I have my own paddle board so I can go on the broads and rivers around were I live. I love it because it’s so quiet and I really like seeing all the different animals from the river perspective. I also like that it tones my arms 😊 Thank you for making such excellent videos! 💜

@@esteASMR Oh it’s a must!!! Just try it, if you don’t like it you don’t have to do it again. But at least you can say you have tried it. As you may know you don’t have to stand up, you can ether sit down or kneel if you’re not sure. About 2 weeks ago I took out my kayak ors but used my paddle board. I sat down and it was amazing. Double the power..... and being me😂🧁🍭🍩😂, i like to take snacks and eat on the bank like having a mini pick nick. If you do decide to have a go, please let me know 😁

You can definitely do some pilates! It's very relaxing, at the same time it tones your muscles and make you very fit. Reformer pilates I mean, you will be also very flexible. It helps with the body pain
