I'm in the Canary Islands, and still is full on summer...🌞not so high temperatures these days but still hot outside and strong sun... Thankfully since the ocean is so close when you are by the coast it does not feel as hot! 🌊Looking forward to autumn🍂🍁, though here winter is less noticeable over the years, and we are (depending on the areas) in a continuous summer, in my city it does get fresher, rains, looks and smells like autumn. speaking of the changing weather at the start of the video, we're currently in spring in my country, and the bright lively feelings that come with the fresh leaves and new flowers is the best. i had the best winter ive had in years this year because of 2 main changes to my routine - i took a vitamin d supplement throughout winter, and i started going for a walk every evening. even when the weather is bad in the middle of winter, with a scarf and an umbrella i came to appreciate the crisp wintry air and the hot shower i got to jump into when i got home. everyone in the northern hemisphere, please stay healthy physically and mentally this winter!

Hurricane Idalia was close by and did much damage to coastal communities. The storm sure along with three high tides caused much flooding and property damage. My neighborhood was spared the worst. I don't do well in heat either. I'm in Colorado in the US and today it got to 97 degrees Fahrenheit

Placing a dab of various aroma oils on the pulse points of the body allows the oil to soak into the body for therapeutic relief but the pulse points will act as a natural warmer and allow the fragrance to stay with you all day. Your temples, behind the ears, the hollow of your neck, the middle of your cleavage and behind your knees are great pulse points to dab aroma oils on.
What a great way to use aromatherapy. I am also continuing to study about things that help with rest and relaxation. There really was a lot to study. Still, I think it’s a study that will be helpful in life.😉
