Making semi-auto PCP Valve for Regulated PCP | Part 1

- In this video I will make a pneumatic valve for my soon to be completed regulated PCP. This operates at max. 3500 PSI, and uses a 1800 PSI output regulator, which you can buy in one of the links down below. I used aluminium to make the hammer chamber, valve, drop block connector, etc... The drop block I used was a scrap part I had left over from a year ago, so it finally got into some good use. Next part will feature making the hammer which will show the pneumatic recovery system.
!! Keep in mind that this is just part 1 and I didn't finish the rapid system yet, so stay tuned for part 2!

There's a a vent hole at the back of the valve that automatically cocks the hammer is that correct? My unreg pcp went full auto when the o-ring broke 😂.
Correct! I actually had the same issue many times.
This one would be full auto too, but theres a difference in the trigger, and the air flow is much more limited. (2.5mm was too much so I sealed that hole and made a new one)
