Create pathways to jobs that do not require a university education. - more trade schools, more federal jobs that do not require a degree. Fostering private sector- driven workforce development, including job and life skills training. Expand access to financial services. Support local governments in creating business-enabling environments. to name a few initiatives. So why wouldn't you support this? Not everyone is able to afford a university education, so people need more opportunities that are within their reach.
