A sign i had to deal with recently was constantly feeling so drained after talking to this person, mentally and spiritually drained. like he was ' christian, he has the looks etc but he had this Super holier than thou, inferior attitude towards me, like i was Never good enough for him and i had to be walking on eggshells around him most of the time, to avoid him snapping at me or getting offended, and getting into an argument, i just couldn't be Myself around him. and so i just to had cut him off, for my own mental health. and i feel alot better now😊
Also it's toxic if he does drugs. Even if he doesn't, but his friends do... Dump him! (I know this should be obvious but it wasn't for me because he kept gaslighting me.)
This is a good topic. Please share more on this because there are many people rushing to get married and they struggle with being narcissistic which has caused many toxic and failed relationships. Narcissism is very rampant in the Christian community and many leaders are unaware of the two sides that these individuals display. Many narcissist don’t think they display these characteristics. I believe that it is connected to pride and the Jezebel spirit. You described a few of the many characteristics.
Everyone should learn about the characteristics of a narcissist because many women and men are suffering silently because they are married to one. More Christians are struggling because this demonic spirit hides behind a nice and Christian facade and then surfaces later on. Please beware and walk in discernment..

A godly guy showed interest in me and made a move to take it more than being just friends...then all of a sudden he just cuts me off...and I'm wondering what's going on.....only for me to find out he has started dating someone else......now whenever he sees me he acts as if nothing ever happened between us..... what am I supposed to do???...please...
Hi Ella, the same thing happened to me recently. And what helped me get over it is knowing that if that guy was for me then God would've ensured that his focus and attention increased towards me instead of decreased. When God has someone or something for you, then there is nothing that can stop His will and His plan. Ella, you are beautiful and God delights in you. You deserve to be delighted over and valued as the treasure that you are. And the right guy will have no issues doing that. He'll be excited to see you, get to know you, and talk to you. Always remember that you deserve that type of attention, not someone whose inconsistent with their affections toward you. God Bless
Ok so sometimes my girlfriend says that I stress her out. We’ve talked about the root causes of what cause stress and I’ve work on some but still need to work on some. Am I a burden to her by stressing her out often? She deals with anxiety also and I don’t know if that plays a part into that or not. I know it already affects the relationship but it’s hard for me to determine what is caused by her anxiety and which parts are truly my shortcomings.

Yes, they can but it takes work & hurts alot. 1. Prayer: confession, repentance, ask for forgiveness, pour your heart out to God in truth about why so that His Holy Spirit can cleanse you. 2. Fasting with the prayers: skip a meal 3. Reading & praying scriptures for healing 4. Detoxing from the person: blocking & deleting from phone, social media etc. Avoiding them in everyway, shape & form 5. Tell people not to talk or ask about them You may have to do these all more than once until when you think about or see the person you have no sexual feelings for them, they have become a stranger, plain ole friend, acquaintance or brother. I pray that Holy Spirit will set you free from this person & you'll only be tied to Jesus Christ but be free to love others purely.💜🙏🏾

If you aren’t married, you’ve prayed about it and you know this person exhibits these signs and the relationship doesn’t glorify God, i believe it applies bc we arent to be unequally yoked. If you’re married it’s a little different and the Bible gives us guidance on it. If it’s abusive and there’s cheating involved I believe there’s a door out.

Toxic thing ive seen is when they keep in contact with persons they slept with and sees no problem with that.
Something toxic I've notice is when the person speaks to you with an authoritative way. Almost like I'm their child or something!
