Great info on the buzz baits. I have a couple buzz baits that the head is not level on them. I have a double buzz bait from strike king. One blade turns clockwise, the other one counter clockwise. Do guys still use them
@TackleJunky81 I used them when I was much younger. Last year I got back to using them. The two Walmart stores here doesn't carry a lot of them. Walmart has cut back on their fishing lures many years ago Canadain tire doesn't carry a lot of them
I have to disagree about skirted over soft plastic trailer lol. Ive caught wayyyy more and wayyyy bigger on a straight skirted no trailer over a naked with a soft plastic trailer. Im a huge buzzbait guy and even build my own lol. Ive loved the buzzbait almost 30 years now.
I use straight 40lb braid on a mh fast or heavy fast and have no issues laying the hammer on bass with a buzzbait. Just like any topwater you have to let them take it a second then lay the hammer on them. Big single heavy hook with .051 wire it will hookup with the heavier rods.
