Man will I say that this car is a beautiful work of art and I would like to own one someday. People always tell me why I am so interested in this "Old Honda" as they would say. And I always tell them that the car is beautiful in my eyes and is unique. You sir are a lucky man to have a Prelude especially this clean :).
I’ve had two Prelude VTECs (a 94 and a 96) both in dark green and I still consider them among my favorite cars I’ve ever owned (and I’ve had an IS350, two G37S, and a Genesis). The Prelude was just such a great car, especially the 4th-gens I had, with the triangle taillights and the sweetest VTEC changeover of them all imo. At about 4500 rpm you could really feel and hear the cams change (you can hear it quite noticeably in this video)! Loved that car so much, just wish I could find another but they are almost all ragged and riced out nowadays. If I ever find another 94-96 VTEC model stock with low miles I’m jumping all over it…
GUYS, guys guys, stop with the hate on this kids engine. I heard him say it's an h23a blue top. That's a dohc Vtec jdm engine, makes 197hp stock. Can u hear the vtec crack? Not really. Does it matter? No.
I pulled the engine out of my just a couple days ago, I'm going to be rebuilding it. Can't wait till I get to drive her again. I'm 16 I spent $600 on her just a couple months ago.

Hi, if I saw correctly, did you have a problem starting it at the beginning, that the engine starter didn't turn over? I came across problem like that in my 1996 lude 4gen that sometimes starter wont turn over unless i tap the gas pedal or at some point it just catch and start without any problem. I was wondering if maybe it is common problem for that gen.

Those vtec engines are awesome, especially when you don't have a passenger weighing you down!
