2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
Seasoned soy sauce (dipping sauce)
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 scallions
1 tbsp cilantro
