  • I got a Krome Dispense C218 Weldless Bulkhead kit from www.Kegworks.com
It took about 45 minutes to put in. It would have taken longer, but I had everything on hand that was needed. You will need an extra 7/8" ID washer to make this work on a similar kettle. I can't imagine it working as-is on most kettles.

thanks for sharing this installation guide it is much appreciated I have two questions the first and most important I bought a column still 2 inch width which I will install on a boiler lid that I will drill into I bought the bulkhead but I want to be sure . the hole that i should drill should be smaller than 2 inches right ? to avoid leakage ?
second question do I need to use a coolant/lubricant or it's unnecessary for stainless steel ?

Because it's useless to use Teflon on non sealing threads behind a sealing gasket.
