i love the dynamic between them. nezumi believes things are or aren’t and shion thinks there’s a third option. in the same way nezumi is changing the way shion is and making him find himself, shion is also breaking nezumi way of thinking and that’s basically the opening!! both of them having their ideologies built from their experiences and fears but once they met each everything started getting messed up.
You figured out that Shion was kissing him goodbye (not goodnight), planning to try and rescue Safu on his own, right? So it makes sense Nezumi was angry that Shion would rush off like a dummy, throw away his life in a foolish attempt, and lie to him about it. They're both trying to protect each other by hiding things from each other. Luckily they cleared it up.
She didn't figure out shit, that's exactly why she was so frustrated during their fight. She couldn't even tell what the "lying" part was about.
Yes, thank you, I understood the point of the fight, but because they care about each other the fight upset me pretty much, even tho I can clearly see the reason why they argued . . . but you know, it’s not nice to hit someone when you care about him😖😢😫

Later night I and my friend were at her house and we were watching no.6 and I asked her if shion and nezumi had a baby what would the baby refer to them as and my friend said that the baby would refer to shion as daddy and nezumi as mommy

By the way, love your reactions, but I’m pretty sure we don’t know Inukashi’s gender. It’s never explicitly stated in the manga or the anime, but in the Japanese version they call themself “ore” which is what guys usually call themselves, so I think we can assume that they want to be referred to as “he”
Actually, female characters with spunk also use 'ore' regularly to convey a sense of confidence, so it's not a given.
Although yeah, he/she probably wants to be seen as a male, or at least genderless. Probably not for the reason trending on the internet right now though, but because it's safer by far for a lone boy than a lone girl.

Just a really long rant about my interpretation of the fight scene!!
The entire point of why the argument started was because Shion was planning to leave Rat behind and go after Safu on his own (essentially a fools errand) however, Shion is self aware of this and knows he has a very high chance of dying. This is why he splurged and went out of his way to cook him and Rat a nice meal, thank Rat for everything (and basically confess his love to him), and kiss him “goodnight” (a goodbye kiss). Rat, already knowing that Shion knows about Safu, isn’t fooled by Shion’s acting. This leads to Rat catching Shion in the morning and calling him out. Rat is angry because Shion was going to march into certain death, because Shion lied to him and thought he was dumb enough to believe it, and because Shion was planning to leave him behind. After Rat punches him, Rat gives Shion the paper that Shion’s mom gave to him. This telling Shion that Rat knew about Safu’s capture the entire time and kept it from him and was working behind his back. This makes Shion upset as Rat has been lying to him and going behind his back. Shion also gets mad at Rat for saying that he looks down on him when he feels it’s been the complete other way around. Shion punches Rat because of this and then he goes onto talk about how Rat has ALWAYS looked down on him and seen him as his subordinate or someone that can’t know what he knows. He then goes onto say he doesn’t need Rat to protect him and act like he’s his parent.
TL;DR:
The entire fight happened because both of them were trying to go safe Safu on their own so the other wouldn’t be put in danger. This resulting in both of them getting mad at one another for lying, Rat getting mad at Shion for being so reckless and basically trying to throw away his own life, and Shion getting mad at Rat for treating him like he’s his kid/subordinate.
