Thank you very much. Very informative . Looking forward to seeing more videos. Please do consider doing videos on Fundoscopic changes in Diabetes/HTN and also on neurological signs in upper motor vs lower motor lesions. Again thank you very much for the very kind effort that your doing.

Thanks for the message. The fundoscopic exam and upper motor neuron vs. lower motor neuron disease are great ideas, and now on my list of topics to cover, but unfortunately, it's a really long list, and I can't make any estimates as to when I'll get to them.

Great video! I would be very interested to know why prasugrel and ticagrelor are preferred if the patient gets a PCI, and why clopidogrel is preferred when the patient receives fibrinolytics?
    Thank you!

asmaa atia I'm sorry, but I haven't made them yet. I'll be posting them interspersed with a few other topics (advanced EKGs, shock, COPD/asthma) over the next 6 months.

Julie Kim Don't worry, they are still coming! It's difficult to balance viewer requests, curricular needs at my own institution, and what I can reasonably accomplish. Overall, incentives for covering certain topics changes over the course of year, based on the schedule of my students' basic science courses. Hopefully, over the next 1-2 years, we'll have enough videos up that the core topics in required med school courses will all be covered, and these big time gaps in the middle of video series won't happen any more.

I have taken clopidogrel for more than one year. Now my problem is low platelet count. Despite platelet concentrate transfusion, my platelet is down

Frm google review, clopidogrel is antiplatelet. Is chlopidogrel the reason my platelet count keeps going down? Thanks.

Your concern is very understandable, but unfortunately, I can't give specific individualized medical advice on here. I recommend speaking with your physician.

I'm very sorry, but I can't offer an opinion or give medical recommendations that are specific to an individual patient. Your father should speak to his doctor(s) about his symptoms.
