° stop doing things that you HATE. start taking steps towards your passion.
° align yourself with people who believe in you. stay away from people who drain you.
° utilize your gifts to help other people. stop feeding your ego and using your sole talents for the sake of money.
° align with seeking truth. learn new things, new concepts, new ways to better yourself. don't remain ignorant to avoid feeling guilty.
° align with mental and physical health routine. feel what you are feeling.. hit the gym.. go outside.. do skating.. implement all forms.of self-care.
° be grateful. blessings will overflow. stop getting distracted from practicing gratitude over small inconveniences.
° be kind towards others that results in being kind towards yourself.
° align with open mindedness. don't judge people, it's suffocating.
° be kind to animals and plants.
° practice shameless self care
I've said it once before and I must say it again you are so wise and have an old soul for your age beautiful sister. Love, compassion, and charity are so important in this world we live in.

An act of kindness can do as little as make someone smile or as much as change someone’s life. I’m a firm believer in practicing kindness to everyone. It’s an extension of my inner nurturing spirit.
I related to this video a lot. I’m on my journey to self and my highest self. I changed my lifestyle soooo much just from watching videos like this and reading 📖. I do yoga and I meditate every day. And I completely agree about the part where you mentioned plants and animals and how people are twisted. It breaks my heart to see a dog or any animal being abused or neglected. Glad I’m not alone in my thoughts and feelings when it comes to that.

Thanks for this! Sometimes I stress myself out with my spiritual journey thinking I need to make a major shift all at once. I'm learning to take it step by step. Right now im focusing on truly taking care of myself; simply eating 3 times a day/drinking enough water, journaling every morning so that I have a clear mind to work during the day, and of course loving up on my new pup and sticking to his training schedule as well.
This video is perfect timing for me, and a reminder to keep going.

I have been subscribed for a minute but I think I subscribed because I was starting a loc journey. However, I have been watching more frequently now and you have a beautiful no bullshit spirit lol. My spirit was drawn to your spirit ( in a completely non attractive way....just connected some type of way) because I don't just take information from everyone especially in regards to my spirituality because idk everyone's intentions ( kind of like when your elders use to tell me not to let everyone touch you). Good content and I would love to here more of yor spiritual practices to nourish your mind body and soul

I needed this even though I do get this from my wonderful husband I’ve been in a very negative hole that I couldn’t seem to dig myself out of. I need to align with MANY of these things. Such gems that I really appreciate. About the “I hate people” trend, I realize that I don’t hate people, I’m a shy person so I usually jus shy away it’s not that I hate you I’m just shy but once you get to know me I’m such a nice person lol
