Badiyaan......very true. In short immigrants need attitude adjustment. in Canada you need to understand......it does not matter what you did back in your country. You will be judged and paid for what you can contribute.
I am in IT, to this day my manager still does development. He is person who started his career in era of Mainframe and COBOL. He still learns new technologies takes training courses and participates in full life cycle development. Compare that to IT Manager in India.

Hi brother thanks for making the video. Ek query hai mere pls answer.. I am 40 years old and next year PR leke family ke sath Canada move hona hai.. mujhe medical transcription ki field mein 14 years ka experience hai as an editor/proofreader. 4 years ka experience hai social media manager ka jismein mein Video edit karta hoon, facebook, youtube and google business pe posts schedule karta hoon.. mein ab digital marketing ka course karne ki soch raha hoon kyonki woh shayad kaafi demanding hai aur mere present job se related hi hai.... so kya yeh sahi rahega ? ya phir mere past medical transcription ke experience se hi mujhe waha easily job miljayegi..? pls apni advice diyo tusi... thanks

What is motivation behind taking higher education for Canada residents if truck driver is earning more than a engineer or a degree holder. In India we have motivation as we know that if I study hard & graduate from a reputed school with a professional degree then I will lead a successful , respected life.Please share it.
Their motivation for higher education is not money. It is their interest in that field. Quite contrary to india and understandably so because disparity between the incomes of an educated & a non educated person in india is quite high.
