Lyston will run 100m and 200m in the future please dont let her get overwork if elaine doesn't do the flo jo she will !!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hubert Lawrence's analyses, thorough and indicative of his immense knowledge. Always great to listen to him.
She is so calm , I love this young lady.
That they did. This will be a dominant Carifta for them, especially since it is taking place in Jamaica. I am hopeful that more of the countries can send Gold medal contenders. If Jamaica is going to lose anywhere it is likely going to be in the field events. That was one of the main reasons The Bahamas was able to win in the 80s.
I've been a FAN since this 12 year old announced herself in class 4 200m at champs, a beautiful humble young lady...
Brianna lyston...... So humble and pleasant .....am just so drawn to her personality...Congrats... Continue making us proud....🙏
She is a christian
She is special let's keep these young ladies safe and healthy please coaches a sprinting nation yea
Love this man’s voice
Everytime I watch Brianna Lyston she gives me goosebumps, I'm so prude of her I know she was always very serious seeing her at St Jago like everyday
Any time lyston running its Ricardo must commentate her lol
100 medals, all gold.
This broadcast gave no acknowledgment, or RESPECT to middle distance Athletes. JVoughn Blake's 800m time, 1:47.62 was OUTSTANING!!
4/5 of the outstanding performances were sprints. It's a sprint bias thing .
I was a middle distance runner back in high school some decades ago. I agree that sub 1:48 is commendable for U20 in Jamaica, but truth is that Jamaican middle distance athletes never shine after leaving high school, and especially at the international level. It's the sprinters who give Jamaica the glory on the track, along with the few doing the jumps and throws.
@@andrewgayle8534 in my opinion things changing. Goule gets nuff kudos.
Well said that was the performance of the meet
Please secure this TALENT it was made to make Jamaica proud again BOLT - LYSTON. they both tried to quit by doing so they got better THE SPORT CHOSE THEM
I still think that the boys under 20, 800m, won by Blake of J C was the proformance of the meet.
Injuries are not that complicated
1. Nutrition (water, veg, peas, herbs)
2. Rest (early 💤 gardening, walking)
3. Merry mindset 🙏 🎵 🎤 reading, socialising
4. Training shouldn't create Injuries. (Quality vs quantity)
Progress can't be forced, it is a natural result
Brianna Lyston is the real deal
Bolt 100m 200m 400m lyston 100m 200m 400m .. you see the comparison
Lavanya williams is gonna be the athlete this year🤩
Wow, she's only 16. She's on target to break the World Junior 100m and 200m before she even turns 18.
17*
Talented athlete. Not very far behind Tina. Both will dominate for years to come.
Awwboy Jamaica roll young javelin them …
Brianna is not even fit has yet
Oh lard Iam can imagine at a 💯% damn
After this champs. Brianna and Clayton twins should retire from champs. They should go pro and get ready for the next Olympics.
Not so fast. Let them matriculate properlt before going off as a Pro.
I'm Jago Ras
