    ingredients: protein rich dosa :
    1 big cup each chana and whole moong
    1 cup methi leaves chopped
    2 sp coriander seeds
    1sp jeera
    5 to 6 byadigi chilli
    salt
    hing
    coriander leaves
    oil as required
    sabbakki akki hittu rotti :
    1 cup sago
    1 and 1/2 cup rice flour
    1 cup dill leaves chopped
    2 onion
    few curry leaves
    1 sp jeera
    2 green chili
    1 inch ginger
    salt
    masala dosa :
    Ingredients: batter
    3 cups raw rice
    1/2 cup boiled rice or idli rice
    1 cup urad dal
    1/4 cup moong dal
    1/4 cup chana dal1/4 cup tover dal
    1 sp methi seeds
    2 sp poha
    1 sp sugar
    1 sp sooji
    red chutney :
    2 sp chana dal
    1/2 onion
    5 to6 garlic cloves
    little tamarind
    salt
    4 red[ chillis byadigi ]
    aloo sabji:
    4 medium potatos
    2 onion
    mustard
    1 sp urad dal
    curry leaves
    ginger grated
    oil
    turmeric little
    salt
    lemon half
    3 green chillis
    mooli paratha
    1/2 kg radish
    it's leaves also used
    1/2 sp turmeric
    1 sp red chilli powder and daniya powder each
    1/2 sp garam masala
    salt
    oil
    1/2 sp jeera and ajwain [each ]

    All your dosa recipes are good, but moolangi paratha is not correct. You don't have to cook the moolangi, it should be filled raw with dry masala. Try raw moolangi with dry masala it will taste better.

      In any recipe there is no fixed way of preparation
      Which says incorrect or correct . Paratha can be prepared any way.
      Modifications are made.
      More over moolangi was not cooked. It was mixed with other ingredients for better blending.
      Even this tastes better why don't you try.

      I m in this field for the last 30 years, travelled all over India. Every year I train students in culinary. I watch some of the pathetic cooking videos just wanted to say every dish is originated from a particular state , so when you are showing your method, don't forget to mention the original recipe also. It's easy to make videos like this but knowing the knowledge is important. I m sure you are much younger than me by age.
