I heard you'll find hundred men in Philippines who could sing exactly like Tom Jones popular songs and sounds just like Tom. They could sing Elvis Presley songs, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra even Michael Jackson and all those popular singers in America. Maraiah Carey's high notes is nothing in Philippines. Almost everyone could double the high notes of Carey. The singers in Philippines have a flexible vocal chords. A lot of Filipino men could sing and sound like a female. They could make sound of birds, cats, dogs or any animal sound's. So, if you have a good voice in Philippines its really nothing. Until you have a top hits and you became a movie star then that's when you' become popular. They need validations from the record company's that your voice is good. Singer is a tough profession in Philippines because too many competitions.
