He is being chased by a actual being called karma that hunts him because he caused a massive rift to save his dying sister but she ended up getting sucked into a void and the rift fused inside him and constantly needs to be fed humans souls. Therefore he keeps killing to stay so he can find a way to save his sister. So he is quite literally being chased by his consequences lol. This song you made is for his love interest.
