The ketchup also has a high sugar content. Please Read the labels and check the carbohydrate, sugar and alternative sugar to ascertain glycemic index of the food.

Let me also advise you that our Team has been assisting this elderly man over a few years now. We featured his situation many times on TH-cam. We also worked in silence in helping him….we wanted to remove him along time ago but he did not want to leave as he still was able to move around….,unfortunately he is not able to do so now!!!! We do this for the love…not for the likes…. If we did not care for this man I would not give him a place to stay without charge AND care rendered to him by the team and myself without being paid to do so …. We help many and will continue to do so!!! We don’t need is food!!!! Hope you understand that!!!! WE HELP THE LESS FORTUNATE NOT ABUSE!!!!

Please check with the doctor some of the stuff in the cart is not good for diabetics ,like the grape juice, syrup,..probably use those if his sugar is low
