This is fantastic! It has worked for me. I've healed from a spiral fracture without the suggested surgery. Then I crushed my shoulder, needed reverse replacement surgery, and 10 months of physical therapy guidance and chiropractic care,has healed and aligned my body, and am now nearly fully healed.
The therapists and doctors are blown away! I built up this ability the long, hard way. I recommend this for EVERYONE!!!

Have to eventually hear the whole thing. For some repeated listening in short bursts is needed to even start getting an understanding of the concepts . Very interesting concepts, now to understand how and what to implement as a practise to change. I am looking at my thoughts, raising my moods, vibrations now and am less volatile with more compassion to others. I welcome and accept the health changes i am seeing . Marching forward with this .

I love Joe D....the only thing that throws a wrench into all of this is when you have major tragedy. When you have family and/or friends die suddenly...it completely throws most of this sh*t out the window. It's very easy to say to apply the same princples even when you have such major loss...but until you go through MAJOR loss...you cannot grasp the depth of pain, loss, grief and depression you feel.

Grief is a part of the human experience. Keeping the concepts in mind while going through the grief, it's not about denying your emotional experience, and when you're ready you can resume the work. Later, you may be able to reflect on how it helped.
My condolences to you. Losing loved ones is really hard. I know how hard it is. I hope you are feeling much better. It isn't easy ,I know. This is an old comment, but loving the people you lost leaves a big whole in your heart. Hopefully you found peace. ✌️

Take the state of non-attachment to emotions out into your day and you will feel better even without meditation😊
Meditate fr 15 mins each day upon waking. That's all that is needed.
I’m curious the way in which you meditating? Are you using Music? Visualizing and breathing a certain way? I heard that art opening experience years ago and when my heart close it was like the biggest heart ache I never felt. It was like coming off a drug and I don’t know if I could ever endure that again unless I could manage it better.
@@EmpoweredPercussion As for me, I use Transcendental Meditation: repeating a mantra and when thoughts come up: say: thoughts can wait. Breath meditation works fine too: I breath in counting to 4, breath out counting to 4. As for the pain: accept it without medicalising it. It is old pain that wants to be seen so it can be set free. That's all that is needed: it wants to be freed from your body where it got stuck once when at that moment it occured it was too much to deal with... Now you are older and wiser, it pops up in order that you now van set it free. That's how I deal with it😇
Makes Perfect sense + heard this years ago that once you can talk about 5he pain w/o crying is a sign of healing

It took me about 2 weeks to get through. The revelations though are just mind bending, literally. I love this guy for his teachings, anxiety reduced, setting myself up to fail is a situation am analyzing and just taking that extra moment to see if my actions are aligning with my chosen direction and belief. Inconsistency is a constant battle but i see a win in formation. I can really go on.
