Strange Noise Coming from My New Suzuki Cultus 2021 Suspensions

- Today I was driving and suddenly I heard strange noise from my new Cutlus suspensions.. it was like "tik tik tik" I stopped my car and examined it thoroughly and found that suspensions are making that sound which really shocked me.

This sound is from the lower bracket of the spring. I opened it, cleaned it and applied some grease and its gone permanently.
So simple
Can you share any video my car stays in garage for like 2 to 3 days when I put the car in reverse gear and the moment car starts moving back a sound comes so maybe it is the same can you confirm ?

Bhai meri new cultus me bhe ye issue 500km py start hogya tha. Me suzuki dealership gya. Unho nain kaha ap chalao bs. Iska spring hyper extend hova hy. Khud he running me set hojae ga. Wohi hova 4-5k k baad set hogya. Or awaz band hogai. Or dosra aik front sy awaz aegi. Small pots py kuch kharakta hy tak tak ki awaz ati.. Wo isk caliber ka masla hy usme ply ajata hy wo suzuki walay warranty me fix kr k dain gu. Cultus ka know fault hy wo.

Thank you Wajahat for your brutal honest reviews, we should make more of these videos so to pressurize suzuki into improving their built quality. I ordered Kia Picanto last week due to these issues. It's quite popular in the UK where I am from.
same im from uk too but uk has the newer picanto generation and pakistan has old gen

@@sportsfusion9752 Reason is the Pak heavy tax on cars, if kia imported the third generation, it would cross the 25 lak figure and no one would buy it at this price. So their decision makes sense.

Bro ... I was trying to book AGS ... But booking was closed last ... So I went for KIA PICANTO ... and I think that Saved me from Atleast this Quality issue of Cultus ...
Definitely you are luck. Now the company asking the customer, who deposited full amount since August 17, 2021, to purchase Wagon R or Cultus VXR

Facing same issue i have 2019 model, they applied WD40 but this a temporary solution within a week this sound starts again. This is a built in issue with cultus.
I got my Suzuki cultus vxl ags like 3 months ago and some noise is coming from the front left spring.

Bro humnay cultus 2019 model khareeda tha uskay radiator check kia toh coolant kaafi kam tha jab aur daala toh leak karaha tha and raastay mai engine heat up ho kar band hogaya matlab gaari 2 haftay bhi nahi chali aur yay kaam hogaya
When i bought from Suzuki south Karachi, they intentionally not filled the coolant and was pouring water instead just to save the coolant cost.
After all my efforts to convince them, when i refused to take the delivery without my complete satisfaction, their high-ups in person came out, checked the vehicle and then given a bottle of coolant to fill the radiator and bottle.
Everyone is advised to study online what to check when taking delivery and don't compromise on checking vehicle. Sometimes they don't allow to check AC to save fuel but must check before leaving dealership.

I have suzuki alto 660cc vxr .
First of all its main engine seal has been leaked , thanks to Allah during warranty this issue solved .
Next morning I saw leakage then immediately rushed to suzuki south motors Multan and got examined car then I came to know its exel seal has been leaked.
After two month it's both front seats has been change because seat were not in correct posture and uncomfortable.
I am suggesting to all my friends avoid to purchase Suzuki alto 660cc

@@irfanfarooq1776 its not a common issue.. i am also using alto vxl for the last 6 months and never faced such an issue. indeed such issues mostly occur only to those people who do not take much care of their vehicles

میری کلٹس وی ایکس ایل آنے والی ہے ستمبر کے آخر تک۔ اب کلٹس کے مسئلہ دیکھ کر پریشان ہو گیا ہوں۔ سوچ رہا ہوں کہ اگر اتنے مسئلے اس گاڑی میں ہیں تو اون پر سیل کر دوں گا اور اون پر ہی پیکانٹو لے لوں۔ لیکن پیکانٹو کے بھی دو مسئلے ہیں۔ ایک پیکانٹو کا ٹرنک سپیس کم ہے کلٹس سے اور دوسرا بیک سیٹ سپیس بھی تھوڑی ہے۔ پھر سوچتا ہوں کہ اللہ خیر کرے گا۔ جہاں اتنے لوگوں نے لی ہوئی ہے کلٹس وہاں میں بھی سہی۔ کلٹس کے پیار کی خاطر کلٹس کے نخرے خامیاں بھی برداشت کر لیں گے۔

@@Universal.92 میرے بھائی۔ میں اتنا امیر نہیں کہ ہر دو سال بعد گاڑی تبدیل۔ میں نے پہلی کلٹس 2001 میں لی تھی اور 9 سال چلائی اور پھر سیل کی۔ دوسری کلٹس 2010 میں لی اور گیارہ سال چلائی اب سیل کی۔ یہ میری زندگی کی تیسری کلٹس ہوگی 2021 ماڈل یہ اگلے دس پندرہ سال چلاوں گا انشاءاللہ۔ پھر سیل کروں گا۔ مجھے ویسے بھی اپنی گاڑی سے پیار ہو جاتا ہے اور پھر سیل کرنے کو دل نہیں کرتا۔ اس پہلے والی دو گاڑی کلٹس بھی سیل کرکے ایک ہفتہ دل غم میں رہا۔ حالانکہ وہ بہت اچھی قیمت میں سیل ہوئی اور کنڈیشن بھی اچھی ہی تھی۔

over 10 months and over 13k millage , my AGS VXL is running fine and smooth with no issue at all... الحمداللہ
Baki maintenance or way of driving sahi karen or issues ko khud nahi dealers se rectify karwayen...
first service ka wait na karen foran issue clear karwayen

@@iftikharwaheed3552 Yes little bit issue in gear shifting system, as we all have to know that it is AGS system so it will work like this, shifting in gear me halka sa jerk ata hai isko AGS manufacturer ko dekhna hoga in future, but regardless these 13k millage k bad or 2 northern trips at height of more then 12k meters ye gari bht hi smooth gai hai baki issue atay hain usko usi waqt dealers pe ja k resolve karwayen apki gari sahi rahe ge...

Same to problems in my cultus
when i hit a small pothole where the Front suspension or shocks don't travel long (especially when the tires go up and the sping and shocks contract) You can clearly hear the sound similar to something loose enough within the suspension. It doesn't come when the suspension travels long on deep potholes. Also you will start noticing sound coming from Dashboard within, behind the central air vents. You will hear it more clearly on the uneven roads with cracked roads (no potholes) when they will start vibrating our car.
Suzuki is sasti car Man.

Bhai. Main ne 2018 se aab tak 3 cultus li. Sub main masala tha. Aur abhi kuch dino tak front Sr bhi aaye gi. So, I moved to KIA picanto.

I am also observing a noise from front passenger side suspension but not sure whether it is from suspension or anything else.
I first observed such noise after 10k km, then a roadside mechanic said suspension are gone but when given to the dealership, they have done a routine maintenance and noise was permanently gone. Now again observing same noise at 53k km from the same side. Will get it inspected from same dealership.
Replacement of any part from local market is not recommended on sole advise of one person without catching the exact fault.
Bhai kabse kehraha hoon Corolla ki full tank wali average test karein within city and on highway

Meri car ma sa bhi awaz ati thi back suspension sa. Phir thori deer bad us ka oil leak ho gaya suspension ka. Suzuki sa pocha toh woh kehtay hain kha ap na kisi bump sa guzari ho gi issi wajah sa ho gaya, aor woh claim hi nahi kartay.!!! Phir ma na kaha kha usay repair kar dain toh kehtay hain kha yeh repair nahi hota,sirf replace hota ha jis ki price 18000 ha, as per suzuki service shop. 😥!!!!!
Ye awaz cultus Vxl mein observed ki hai, our itifaaq se cultus Vxr mein bilkul nahi hai. Suzuki walay 10,000 km per complete inspection aor service kertay hein jis ke charges alag se hein

Same issue is in my new suzuki wagon r.It is driven 679 km now.
Same problem with my cultus, i have tried wd40 and oiling but still not solved
