Winchester 124 grain nato never jam and always worked. Left in truck for over a year and a half and experienced -10 degrees and all the way up to 100 degrees no issues what so ever.
@@daequanloco8351 yep. I've had ZERO ammo related malfunction with over 20k rounds. And Impulse feeling recoil & POI are nearly identical to quality self defense rounds, so it's great for training. Can't go wrong with 9mmNATO. Inexpensive when bought in bulk.
I buy from GO all the time. I bought a case of Sterling buckshot and it gummed up my 930 tactical something fierce. Lots of clicks when expecting a bang. Turned a shotgun class into malfunction practice and busted knuckles. I had run the same class a week before with Federal buckshot and the gun was flawless. I lined up 2-3/4 buckshot rounds from an Academy brand (also ran flawless in class), Federal, and Sterling. The Sterling shells were noticeably taller than the other two.
I've been using a case of this in USPSA matches with my M&P9 full size. I have not had any failures and generally like the lighter recoil, i would consider getting it again if the pricing was good. I noticed the same weird case deformation and noticed it bulges out just above a step inside the case. I'm not a reloader but apparently stepped brass is notorious for separating right above that step.
both my glocks and my dads berretta couldn't clear a mag without a malfunction, more like 7 a mag. my cousins cz-75 ran it just fine though. severely underpowered
For the light primer strikes, best thing to do is prob just to donate them to my open bolt subgun 😁🤤 glad to see some dirt cheapy ammo floating around again!
this ammo is the cheapest but I say do not rely on this what so ever and do not stack up on this ammo. Only buy for the range only. Every mag I fire through there is always at least 1 dud, 1 failure to eject, or 1 light primer strike.
@@BuffRANGE definitely odd considering others are having an opposite issue, weak or no ejection and feeding issues. just because they have too stiff of a recoil spring. i hazard a guess by saying this, could the cases be....too slick and not gripping under expansion from ignition to ejection. brass gets alittle grippy when it expands to seal the chamber.
So hot take, but i LOVE training with crappy ammo. When else are you going to train yourself (especially new shooters) on proper failure to fire Techniques like tap rack bang, or learning a new pcc and dealing with malfunctions. i have an ammo that is only meant for the range and ammo meant for competition. Idk, but if you ask me, this sounds like the perfect ammo to train with
You should test the mag tech steel case, it looked like fireworks coming out of the barrel on my mp 2.0 4” Shot about 30 rounds and have 200 left over that I don’t really want to shoot😂 also it seems the sg9w ammo has been loaded hotter since your last test
@BuffRANGE i just was surprised it was that bad because my p320 fired it pretty well with a few malfunctions only. Heavier pistols hate it, i guess. I'll shoot brass from now on lol.
This ammo is terrible and I've used it on multiple fire arms. Only thing that ate it up was the sig 320 everything else failure to feed or eject or the round being stuck in the barrel and slide not able to move without persuasion.
I bought 2k of the sterling 5.56.. horrible failure to eject issues from multiple pews
Good to know!
I've learned to love 9mmNATO for FMJ rounds. Never had any issues with it, extremely reliable, relatively inexpensive.

Been patiently waiting for this one! Cheapest thing out there

That ammo seems like really good live fire malfunction training ammo.
Yup that’s sterling
Hard primers

Good data, thank you :D
You should try out the Eden perfection compensator for the rock 5.7
I've been asking him for one for some time :D
Here for the gunshow.
they don't call it turkshit for nothin'!
Extraction looked pretty weak on the 16”. Maybe too much buffer weight for the ammo? Thoughts?
the ammo is just weak :D
Thanks for the review, looks like that I'll pass on this cheap stuff. Magtech steel is pretty cheap at the moment, and runs reliable.
I thought about getting some of that from TS: shop.tacticalshit.com/tsht/ts.php?id=373&url=3240
💪🏽 love the content!
I ran a box of this the other day with G26, G43X, G19X, Dagger Compact with no issues on any of them
Nice!
Why is it there is no in between for turkey they either make a knockout home of an item or it's poopoo

Wow. Loaded very weak combined with crappy primers. Thanks for posting this. I won't be getting any Sterling ammo.

Man you been cutting weight! Keep up the fitness.
This was done March of 2023, and indeed I was down to around 160ish to work on body fat.
@@BuffRANGE You lean bulked right now?
@@nomad155 As best as I can. I'm bad about keeping up on progressive overload, but am working on it. I'm up about 8lbs since 2023.
@@BuffRANGE keep it up man! Inspiration to your family and fans!

I tried this ammo out last year and noticed the casings deforming, with two of them expanding enough to get stuck in my barrel.
That's no bueno :(
Don’t forget the gun plays apart some guns will eat anything and some will have a problem
They should label that 380 ammo lol
the weird casings ive seen before, direct blowback guns opening up too soon.
Very odd considering these guns have had no issues with other loads even on the same day :D

He did.
Sterling 115gr 9mm steel case is GARBAGE. I do not recommend to touch it with a 10 foot pole especially if you have a full size pistol.
What gun is it giving you malfunctions in?
@BuffRANGE both my glock 34 and my Canik Mete tp9 SFX. Literally every other round it stove pipes or fails to eject. Had a bad lockup twice as well.
@@mattyice2099 Wow that's not good :(

I brought 1000 rounds of it so just trying to use it up
