when I watch youtube videos about uefi settings, it means I have no idea and want to learn something, e.g. what do the abbreviations mean and what effect does a change have. If I could understand what you are presenting here, with jerky mouse movement in quick-voice mode, then I don't need to watch a tutorial about UEFI settings, then I would know it. Are your videos for specialists who know all this and don't need your video or for newcomers who maybe just want to set up underclocking? Sure it would be a long video to explain everything. But you could produce several short tutorials. So unfortunately a thumbs down, sorry
When I had my computer built I have two data drives were set up as 'hot swappable'. I want to change them to 'non-hot swappable. My motherboard has the 'quick setup' and the 'easy' setup which gives you more control to the settings. In the bios under the tools section there is a rgb tool where you can turn off motherboard rgb or you can download the Asrock RGB LED app and turn it off from there. If you want to have it turn on and off automatically, with your pc, Im not sure.

hello chat, i have a paroblem in which i cant turn on secure boot, BIOS shows as if it was activated but when trying to play valorant it says that it is not activated, I follow al the needed steps everytime to activate the secure boot but it is a ting as if it wasnt activated, in a few words, even the BIOS shows that secure boot is enable but the PC acts as if it i not activated, can someone help me?

I was hoping to use the M2 drive as my windows drive. I am a dual boot fanatic. Seems that the only way to protect or ISOLATE the M2 - is to physically remove it from the case. Nuisance !!! In my old old computer - I was forever unplugging SSD's that I wanted to protect. It seems that Disabling the M2 in the BIOS - does not seem to protect the boot record ? Thanks for your videos.

Update bios to latest version, go to Advanced/Onboard devices config/ Turn on Led on s5. Depending on your bios version, that could also be placed in Advanced/South Bridge Config/Turn on Led on S5
You can see that @1:52 when he turns on the XMP it changes the right number for the ram Mghz to 3000 but the left number stays at 2133. I have the same problem no matter what I change the right number to the left number stays at 2133 and then that's the speed the ram uses after booting. Anyone know how to get this board to properly OC??
I appreciate this so much, I'm not familiar with this set up & recently ran into an issue w/my pc. i do have 1 question. the main screen as soon as i enter the BIOS (mine looks slightly diff with temperatures, etc super fancy lol same grey steel background and menus otherwise ) it shows my boot order to the right in a lil box, with both my HDD and SSD where i can just click and drag whatever order i'd like. Now-over on the Boot tab, i have tool/boot manager folder & it shows a list "Boot device 1: empty boot device 2: empty " and so on, think about 7 of these. it gives option to select a device (hdd, ssd etc) in each row. now ALL these slots are marked empty.. is this separate from the main page with my boot order ? is it possible that these were cleared by some freak fook up? & reason why my pc is not booting windows? or something totally different? first time ive looked at the BIOS in the 2 yrs I've had the pc so i have no idea if by default they were all "empty" and only need what i see on main screen.

@@arfianwismiga5912 You probably have the setting for the memory clock speed on Automatic, where the motherboard selects the speed it is most comfortable with; change the DRAM profile to a manual one, and choose your speed. You should find this setting in the OC Tweaker or in the advanced options tab, under DRAM frequency. Also, check if your memory is compatible with 3000MHz, because not all modules can handle overclocking, and not all brands either.

@@Mohamed-dz7mr Remove all power to the pc, then remove the CR battery for the RTC. Wait for a little, then put it back, set time, and set ram speed to whatever your modules are. If you're combining RAM that could be a problem too. I have a 2700x, but then again, what Ram are you using, and what preset, there are presets for the Entire board and not just the memory. Check your voltages too. Also, the fact that whenever you open afterburner or task manager the memory isn't at 3000Mhz and the CPU isn't at 4.7GHz doesn't mean its failing, it means you're not using them. It wouldn't make sense to run at full power on the desktop.
@@AlexSKelly-up7lf ok I will try that and ik it wouldn't make sense if the speed is the same I understand that the GHz speed goes up when it needs to but it says my speed is 1067mhz in my task manager and I assumed that it's the reason my pc doesn't run well because I have 32gb ram, Ryzen 7 2700 and rtx 2070 and I run such low frames like I should be getting double the performance so all I tried to do is go to my bios change the speed from auto to what my CPU should run which is 3200mhz but then i got stuck in a boot loop where it says "repairing your computer" and it just wouldn't open idk what to do I've been trying to find solutions for the past 3 hrs if I'm able to fix it back and be able to play again on low frames then I'm fine as long as it works but if you can find out why is it such bad performance considering the specs I have then you would save my life, thank you for the help anyways, sorry I wasted your time.
I switched my ssd to Ultra M.2 and it didn't go to Windows, it went to Asrock BIOS, and I don't what to do. Can I switch my ssd from M.2 to Ultra M.2 and go to Windows normally? sorry about my english. :)
Hello, is there any setting to activate in bios in order to be capable to use dual PSU with this motherboard ? I have dual PSU 850w (cooler master) and one keep turning off after 5 second starting my rig, Tried everything, both PSU are both working fine and the same happen doing opposit. Tried also PSU1 / 1gpu/1riser and PUS2 /1gpu/1riser but still turning off after couple sec. I am not sure if it's because i didn't activated option in bios in order to use dual PSU/ I use splitter psu by the way and not add2psu. Processor is AMD 200GE and use latest bios ver4.20

Switching from a Pro4 because it doesn't have LLC, and has a very large vdroop...
What is LLC? What is VDROOP?
You don't need LLC just get a overclock using ryzen master. And vdrop just monitor the true voltage using hardware info

Yes, ASRock polychrome RGB is the name of the software, I had some problems with it, but I managed to fix them really easily

@@arfianwismiga5912 You probably have the setting for the memory clock speed on Automatic, where the motherboard selects the speed it is most comfortable with; change the DRAM profile to a manual one, and choose your speed. You should find this setting in the OC Tweaker or in the advanced options tab, under DRAM frequency.
Also, check if your memory is compatible with 3000MHz, because not all modules can handle overclocking, and not all brands either.
@@AlexSKelly-up7lf I have the same problem and what u said didn't help me everytime I turned on my pc and checked in the task manager it said the speed is 1067mhz and I have a Ryzen 7 2700 with 32gb ram I don't get what's the problem.
@@Mohamed-dz7mr Remove all power to the pc, then remove the CR battery for the RTC. Wait for a little, then put it back, set time, and set ram speed to whatever your modules are.
If you're combining RAM that could be a problem too.
I have a 2700x, but then again, what Ram are you using, and what preset, there are presets for the Entire board and not just the memory. Check your voltages too.
Also, the fact that whenever you open afterburner or task manager the memory isn't at 3000Mhz and the CPU isn't at 4.7GHz doesn't mean its failing, it means you're not using them. It wouldn't make sense to run at full power on the desktop.
@@AlexSKelly-up7lf ok I will try that and ik it wouldn't make sense if the speed is the same I understand that the GHz speed goes up when it needs to but it says my speed is 1067mhz in my task manager and I assumed that it's the reason my pc doesn't run well because I have 32gb ram, Ryzen 7 2700 and rtx 2070 and I run such low frames like I should be getting double the performance so all I tried to do is go to my bios change the speed from auto to what my CPU should run which is 3200mhz but then i got stuck in a boot loop where it says "repairing your computer" and it just wouldn't open idk what to do I've been trying to find solutions for the past 3 hrs if I'm able to fix it back and be able to play again on low frames then I'm fine as long as it works but if you can find out why is it such bad performance considering the specs I have then you would save my life, thank you for the help anyways, sorry I wasted your time.
I switched my ssd to Ultra M.2 and it didn't go to Windows, it went to Asrock BIOS, and I don't what to do. Can I switch my ssd from M.2 to Ultra M.2 and go to Windows normally? sorry about my english. :)

Hello, is there any setting to activate in bios in order to be capable to use dual PSU with this motherboard ? I have dual PSU 850w (cooler master) and one keep turning off after 5 second starting my rig, Tried everything, both PSU are both working fine and the same happen doing opposit. Tried also PSU1 / 1gpu/1riser and PUS2 /1gpu/1riser but still turning off after couple sec. I am not sure if it's because i didn't activated option in bios in order to use dual PSU/ I use splitter psu by the way and not add2psu. Processor is AMD 200GE and use latest bios ver4.20
How i get into the Bios?
