What is going on with the gameplay in the background? The car just phases through other cars all the time. Foliage and trees nearby constantly cycle through different models, but it doesn't look like LOD where it switches to a higher-detailed model when you get closer... because you're just too close and the models look much different in shape sometimes. Stuff pops in and out too... Really weird.
