The percentage of cases involving cr*p from HOAs makes me wonder why anyone would ever live in a place with an HOA (I don't know if they exist in Canada but I've never heard of them here). Are the prices for HOA residences significantly lower? Is that why people buy them?
A lot of these seem to have a "That X I found sealed the case" or "The moment X came to light was very satisfying" slapped onto the end of every story. They're so frequent and so similar that it feels suspicious. Like someone just told an AI to write a bunch of slam dunk court stories and the AI just churned out a bunch of stories using the same story structure. Even some of the stories themselves are very similar.
