I love the fact that the fans were so loud that the AMA official video had to mute the background and just have the boys mics come through LOL Way to go Army!! You made us that couldn't be there proud!
Yeah but I thought it wasn't fair for them to do that. I mean, that's why I enjoy their concerts. The fan chants are the best part and shows how much the boys are loved.

Lol haters are saying they lipsynced..but the volume of their voices would have been uniformed all throughout the performance if they did lipsynced..as we can see here that is not the case.thus, they are not lip syncing...plus you can hear one of them say 'lets go lets go' towards the end which further proves that this is not lipsync

I only really listen to Blackpink, but every now and then I listen to other groups to see if I would like them and try to like more than just one group. I listened to DNA today for the first time and I enjoyed it. So I watched the AMAs just for BTS, because I was happy to see a kpop group get some recognition. Plus as big of a response that it got, it helps other groups in the future in doing the same. This will really help grow kpop in American more than it already is, and from a blink I'm proud as hell of these guys.

Thanks for your support! I always think it's wild when I see fans of other kpop artists shit on BTS out of jealousy. Like, they're opening doors for _all_ of kpop and spreading this amazing scene of music and dance to people who have never experienced it before, it's good for everybody. Kpop idols usually lipsyncing in many different situations, but this is not one of them, it is their real voice with background mr.
kpop idols sometimes lip sync but when bts lip sync, you know it's lip syncing (cuz they suck at it). They never lip sync at big award shows like these.

this is a lesson to all fans of kpop...don't ever take for granted the music shows of inkigayo, music bank, mcountdown, etc. for all the issues they might have with camera work, it is still way better than what the AMAs or any of the American music shows.

The only good thing there is that it is closer and you get to see the boys faces, but on the other hand the just cut the dance / focused on the buys wrongly. They should have done a few rehearsals with the cameramen, so they know what to focus when...

Compared to what we see in their Korean show promotions for this song, the Korean Camera Men did a better job than the Camera Men in this program. I get why they want to show the stage, but what was up with those audience shots that took more than them on the actual stream..
American camerawork during live performances sucks so much.. Fancams provide the -at least better- angles that the fans need..
but I liked suga's part a lot, there they did it right!
I'm expecting them that they will also perform Blood Sweat & Tears and Fire :
everyone was performing one song per stage, except for the two tribute stages by christina and diana ross. it'd have made no sense for them to have that sort of special treatment for a debute stage of all things, even if the hype was on their side. plus those two songs are from last year. i know the feeling, i'd have loved to see those songs on global stages too, but the timing just wasn't on our side.

Their camera work is really bad compared to Korean ones. The Korean media really know how to capture choreography from the best angles. I think American media doesn't seem to know how to shoot a dance group.

We do get some toxic fans but the majority of our fanbase is amazing. Since i became an Army, i have never felt so included and we really are like a big family. Plus, the relationship that BTS X ARMY's have is beyond amazing. I genuinly think we are the best fanbase out there haha but i might be biased...
