I would think the smaller outside wheel is to reduce the size of the roads/ruts they make but not to entirely sure, I log a lot different than these guys but they are still entertaining to watch.
So when the inner tires sink they are just there to support but you can run the same size just cost a little more so yeah it’s a little more cost effective with smaller outside

Then the smaller outside tires should wear longer and use less fuel than tires all the same size, because they only really support weight when you need floatation. That and the initial cost is less for the smaller tires. OK, there is a method to the madness. Thank you very much and take care.
