BEGINNER POLE DANCE FITNESS | SPIN POLE Combo Tutorial

Im here at Aerial Fitness Miami and In this tutorial I will show pole walk, pirouette, chair spin and take it down to the floor for some pole basework. Im wearing knee pads and I'm on a spin pole but this flow can be done on static pole as well.
