im a teenager right now so i can play many games with all my free time, but if i were to choose only one, this would definitely be THE GAME to play after coming from work
All those suggestions are good. But imo they should polish their main game mode. League of legends, apex, r6, valorant and many others didn't need all that at the start. All they had was a polished, well defined main game mode that makes each rounds different to each others.
I disagree with the re-colors part, changing the clothes's color pallet is something you can do in minutes, so much in fact that games like Tekken allow to change the color of your outfit for free, and not only is this on the battle pass, but also on the outfits outside the battle pass too. Want an example? The jeans they used for the smoking guns outfit is the same one they used for that one with the blue jeans jacket, just painted blue. And what do you mean about casual games being boring? No, the items having FOMO would be an AWFUL idea, believe it or not, most people have lives and they can't play the game constantly to unlock everything before the items they're grinding towards become inaccessible.
im aware of Embark using the same model for clothes but recoloring them (an example for paid items would be the accelerator pants (from the impact canditate set) and the intergalactic pants (from the season 1 battlepass) or the orf-venture cargos (from the season 2 battlepass) and the baggy battle cargos (which cost 100 multibucks). i was not aware how easy it is to just recolour clothes (i also know that it isn't some complex process) and i don't wanna seem like i'm putting too much pressure on the team that designs cosmetics as i think Embark is a relatively small company. maybe they can introduce an outfit at the end of a battlepass that you can recolor for free. as for the casual games, i dont think they're boring. i personally think that they're 10x more enjoyable and fun than ranked atm due to the dogwalker meta. the point i was trying to get to was how fast you can hit the max level cap and max out vrs when both can serve more of a purpose. this leaves some players with no sense of progression compared to ranked players who have a rank to grind for all season long and then they can do it all over again next season. i know that all people dont care about constant level progressing and just enjoy the game for what it is. for an adhd dopamine junkie like me, i like seeing progression on my account whether it's casual or ranked as it feels rewarding and it probably actually releases dopamine in the brain (idk, im no expert in this field). i'll still play casual regardless as this is the most fun i've ever had in an fps in years and would like to see it grow. lastly, when i was talking about FOMO, i was referring to the event items like the current Terminal Attack event or the previous Bunny Bash easter event. i understand people cant grind this game for multiple hours a day every single day. i personally think the event challenges are insanely easy and most events last for almost a month. hopefully this clarifies some things! maybe some things were misworded or not formatted correctly in my script as i'm fairly new to the whole script writing and editing process.
@@ggDolanYeah i surely hope so because unlocking or even paying for the same clothing items twice just because they have a different collor is annoying. Oh i see, yeah i agree with that, i just reached lvl 50 and i must admit i almost feel like there's nothing else to do sometimes apart from grinding the event challenges. I see, i though you were talking about regular items being placed behind the FOMO system, while the difficulty of events is subjective (as you can play a match were you're nuking the other team, but then you're the one getting nuked in the next match). I can see how more new items (and by new i mean not rekins ) could make them more interesting. Sorry for my misunderstanding.
Some good, some bad ideas. But remember, 90% of players probably don’t put the same amount of time in the game as you do. For a casual, the weapon grind is already out of hand. I mained the FCar mostly throughout my time with the game, only to have a blue Color… it takes ages
that's fair. i've recently just noticed how long the grind for striped grazer really can be for people who only play for maybe like 2-3 hours per day for like 3-5 days of the week. i'm still working on getting the triangle twinkle camo from the previous camo for the ak and it's been over a week since i started and i'm not even halfway there. maybe embark can crunch some numbers from data they collect for casual players average playtime and make a better xp scaling system that's not too grindy.
They have a huge plan for each season with their being new gadgets, specializations, and classes there will be new maps ect I mostly play for battle pass and ranked I personally prefer ranked as there is so many mind games will the other team take the last cash out to edge of the map, do we double it and force team wipes? Additionally the game is still a baby came out tail end of last year it I don’t want them to rush and make the game like bad because they were hasty
Nice vid. I do agree on the prestige system. It would be more rewarding for people who have been at lvl 50 with nothing more in terms of level to work towards.
how the fuck do you have only 2 subscribers? your microphone is extremely high quality and your commentary is phenomenal, and you have great ideas for the game!
thanks! i bought this mic for $130 CAD. it's called the Rode NT-USB Mini if you're curious. my commentary and script writing can definitely still use some work as i never done it before but both will get better with time.

I work 40+ hours a week and this IS the game that I choose to play when I get home from work. It is amazing and Embark listens to us.
@@seancox8989 it's a fun game tbh, keep it up as long as youre having fun!

damn I enjoyed the finals but quit playing it after awhile. I agree with everything you said.

As a Number Go Up enjoyer myself, I kinda agree.
Nice vid. I do agree on the prestige system. It would be more rewarding for people who have been at lvl 50 with nothing more in terms of level to work towards.
getting FOMO out of the game would be really good tho, i'd fuck with that

Good video man 👍
thanks!
we need prestige yeah
Their philosophy is against fomo. No thanks. You just want to make the game more grindy.
agree
