      If it's simple missing TLD, you need to write to issuing lab and also cc to AERB on eLORA informing loss and asking for replacement.
      If any doubt of sabotage, may be in case temporary workers, police FIR should be filed for investigation and rest as above.

    Sir .... I just want to know what should be the distance between Residential building to Nuclear Medicine Facility ( only PET-CT) according to the AERB.

      Am not an AERB official, but as per my knowledge, there is nothing written as such. You should have access to survey the radiation on the other side of the wall. If access can not be granted, you should have an additional internal wall, so that you can take radiation on wall outside PET-CT room.
