Aberdeen Scottish Country Dance Festival - Celebrating 100 Years

For nearly 100 years, Aberdeen has been hosting a Scottish Country Dance Festival. This video charts the festival since its beginnings through to the current day. Included in the film are pictures of people and trophies together with film of dancing over the years. There are many famous dancers featured in the film, together with some of the musicians that have played for the festival. Watch also the entertaining adjudication by Bill Little and hear about those people that devoted so much time to running the festival.
