    Thank you. Looks good and I am going to try it today. One suggestion, at the end of the cooking, open it up so we can see what the end product looks like.

    I tried chese puffs with prozen parathaa it turned out prfct but the chese popped out in oven . Can any one plz guide wht went wrong?

      Hello there! Glad you attempted to make it! There are a few factors that could have affected the outcome. First reason could be it was over filled. Keep in mind when using fillings, you do not want to over fill as they may expand in the oven.
      The second reason may be the the pinching of the dough at the seams wasn't done thoroughly. If a small portion of a seam is left, it will give it room to expand and tear during the cooking process
      The third reason maybe the dough elasticity wasn't right. Some doughs will expand but if the gluten isn't formed properly to contribute to elasticity it may cause the dough to erupt during the cooking process causing the filling to ooze out. Hope this helps!

    What type of cheese is the first one you mentioned? (not the mozzarella)

      It's called Picnic Cheese by Dairyland. It's a very suttle taste but adds creaminess to the mozzarella. Goes great with tomatoes, grapes and watermelon.

    will the food burn if i put chili in it

      Chili will make the dough too wet and may burn the out shell before it dries the bottom. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's not wet. An alternative is to put cooked mince meat with herbs or cheese and spinach, cheese with cooked sauted mushrooms. It's very versatile as long as the items are not wet and are cooked. Let me know what you chose to do and how it turned out!❤
