Just come across this chat. Was interesting to watch. So good to have such experience and folk in this...and I know you are speaking of sovereign coins, but I do have some very interesting thoughts about gold bullion and possibly silver bullion - with the world that's been looking at going cashless for some time, and especially now with what is happening in local UK governments, and Mr Sunak, CBDC's ...and all the dangers of going cashless, I'd love an opportunity to discuss options furthering something together with such amazing personalities as yourselves. I think it's worth exploring and would love a chance to understand more, learn, and see where us as people can take it.

Quality control on Royal mint coins is pathetic. I recently bought the first two 2 ounce silver proof Harry Potter coins (actually 2 of the first one) and all had marks and scuffs - disgusting really. I had to send them back and have obviously missed out as I won't be buying again
