The trainee who volunteered was really commendable, however I also really appreciate the injured guy. While the other trainees reacted aggressively, despite being injured and kicked out, he doesn't show his disappointed face and even try to smile. Both of these men just showed how to be mature.

I've seen a lot of interviews saying an artist's attitude determines his future in the industry. If he continues being kind to everyone around him he'll make it big on the industry
It's true. My favorite artist has had an incredibly successful career and is beloved by many he works with; and a lot of that has to do with his kind heart and sweet manners. Remaining humble and kind to those around you even when you are famous is so important.

Contestants were shocked that everyone was voting for jay in I-land. He wasn’t the best, but his determination and kindness won him his spot. Your attitude really reflects on if you get voted for. I would never vote for someone who is sour and mean even if they were the “most talented” of the group.

it's a competition and strategizing is one of the ways to win. as long as there were no rules violated in kicking out participants, it should be okay. maybe behind the scenes there were some betrayals like perhaps they made some sort of agreement and then it was not honored or something? but in front of the camera, they have to show composure because acting like sore losers is a bad look.
